Casa Wilkin – Your Family Home in Wānaka
Welcome to Casa Wilkin, a comfortable, homely three-bedroom house in a fantastic central Wānaka location. The name Casa Wilkin reflects the Italian connection of the owner, who lives in Italy, bringing a little European inspiration to this relaxed alpine retreat.
Set on a quiet, family-friendly street, Casa Wilkin is the perfect base for families and groups wanting to enjoy everything Wānaka has to offer, without worrying about being in a pristine show home. This is a place to relax, spread out and truly feel at home.
Space for Everyone
The house features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it ideal for families or groups travelling together. The large, open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is the heart of the home, providing plenty of space to cook, eat, socialise or simply put your feet up after a day exploring the outdoors.
For families with children, there’s a separate kids’ breakout room with its own TV – a great spot for movies, games or some downtime while the adults enjoy the main living area.
Outdoor Living and Entertaining
Make the most of Wānaka’s beautiful surroundings with outdoor dining at the large table, comfortably seating eight. Fire up the new Weber BBQ for an easy family dinner or a relaxed evening with friends after a day on the lake or mountain.
Room for Your Gear and Adventures
The large garage is a real bonus for outdoor enthusiasts, with space to store ski and snowboard gear, bikes and other adventure equipment, or even your jet boat. Whether you’re visiting in winter for the ski fields or in summer for boating, hiking and lake days, Casa Wilkin offers a practical base for your holiday.
A Fantastic Central Location
Enjoy the best of both worlds: a peaceful residential street where you can unwind, yet within easy walking distance of Wānaka’s main street, lakefront, shops, cafés and restaurants. There’s a craft beer restaurant just 150 metres down the road and a coffee shop only a little further away – perfect for your morning caffeine fix or a casual evening out without needing to drive.
Casa Wilkin is all about relaxed, comfortable holiday living. It’s a genuine home with space for the whole family, a great location and everything you need to enjoy Wānaka’s outdoor lifestyle in every season.
