Welcome to our 6 Bed 5 Bath villa, located on the secure and safe gated Solana Resort.
The villa is modern and very spacious. Ideal for a large family or 2 families sharing. Fully airconditioned throughout and free WiFi.
The villa benefits from 2 sitting rooms, so is great when more than one family is sharing, or maybe one of the sitting rooms is used for the kids own use.
There is also a fully fitted kitchen, which is lovely to be able to have breakfast before you all head out on your exciting day and/or to cook your evening meal at night. Fill the fridge with drinks and snacks for all the family.
There is a breakfast bar area, and also a formal dining area. So again, perfect if the kids wish to have their own dining area.
There are 6 bedrooms in total. A Master bedroom with King size bed and en-suite bathroom is on the ground floor.
Upstairs there's a further 3 Master bedrooms all with En Suite bathrooms.
Bedrooms 5 and 6 are twin bedrooms.
Pool heating can be added for additional fee, please enquire if you would like a quote for this.

There is a separate games room with pool table, so start planning those family competitions now.
Outside you have your own pool/spa, and lots of seating for relaxing. The pool can be heated if required.

This property was exactly as depicted in the photos. The location was quiet and serene with plenty of wildlife to watch while sitting on the patio! The Property Management company was very responsive. I want to mention that they were very responsive to all emails before our trip. I would definitely book with VIP Villa again.
