DETAILS
(a) Pool Season, Heating, and Safety Pool closed for the season (contact us for opening dates). The pool is heated up to 84°F. The pool area is not fenced or gated, so active supervision of children is required at all times.
(b) Cleaning and Maintenance We take pride in a clean home! Our professional cleaning team ensures the house is spotless upon arrival. The pool is vacuumed weekly, typically scheduled just before check-in. Simple skimming, or occasional vacuuming with the available robotic cleaner, should be enough for touch-ups during your stay. If required, additional pool or house cleaning can be arranged for a fee.
(c) Safety and Security To keep our guests and property safe, particularly as this is a secluded, rural location, we use outdoor security cameras covering the front yard/driveway, pool area, and patio. These cameras are active 24/7. Tampering with, covering, or disconnecting cameras is strictly prohibited and violates the rental agreement and will be considered property tampering.
(d) Amenities and Inclusions Your kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, dinnerware, and drinkware. We provide fresh linens, plush towels, and comfy pillows. To get you started, you'll find a starter supply of hand soap, shampoo, and toilet paper…everything you need for a comfortable first night. BBQ grill is connected to a natural gas supply.

Relaxing Retreat Near Wineries & Point Pelee

We had a fantastic family vacation! The town had enough shops and restaurants, but not so much that you felt you were overwhelmed. The town was great and people were friendly. The home was very comfortable the pool was the best part! While it is less than a block from Lake Erie we didn’t find any public access to go and enjoy the lake view directly. Plenty of nearby supermarkets, parks, beaches, kayak/SUP locations.

Comfy Home & The Best Pool

It was such a nice, beautiful house that was perfect for our girls weekend. The pool was a nice touch as it was very hot. Sue and her husband were very responsive and helpful. We had very humid weather while there and they went above and beyond and had a dehumidifier delivered to the house for us to use. Great house for a great value!

Beautiful Girls' Weekend Oasis

We had a great stay at Sue's place! The clean house was spacious and comfortable for our group of six. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The pool was a definite highlight—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is excellent, just minutes from town and close to everything we needed. Sue was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a positive experience and I would stay again.

Spacious, Clean, and the Perfect Pool

You will not find a more beautiful, cozy place in Leamington/Essex County with a pool. The entire backyard is a ‘get-a-way’ in itself! The location is wonderful- outside of the ‘busy towns’ but so close you can get to restaurants, shops etc.. very quickly.
For those who are looking to go to point pelee, the home comes with a pass which is just a lovely bonus.Beds were comfortable, bedding was clean and cozy. Kitchen well equipped and LOTS of room for your food if you plan on cooking. Great place for kiddos as well - fenced in yard, bunk beds, games… The hosts were EXTRA accommodating with our different needs and very prompt if we had a question or needed anything. This is the place for you and your family for a vacation or staycation. Recommending to everyone and would definitely come back!
