La Casita, villa

Our stay at La Casita Villa was nothing short of exceptional, though "exceptional" feels like an understatement given the experience we had.
From the moment we arrived, the villa felt like a home away from home. The location in Puerto del Carmen is absolutely perfect—central enough to be convenient, yet peaceful enough for a relaxing family getaway. The amenities were top-notch, and we were immediately touched by the generous welcome pack waiting for us. It wasn't just the basics; it was a thoughtful selection of useful items that made our first few hours so much easier.
However, what truly sets La Casita apart are the hosts, Jesus and Maria.
While they were always accommodating and kind, Jesus showed extraordinary humanity during a very frightening time for our family. When a member of our group was unexpectedly taken to the hospital, Jesus stepped in far beyond the duties of a host. He offered:
 * Personal transport to and from the hospital.
 * Vital translation services to ensure we understood the medical staff.
 * Logistical support, including booking all our taxis.
 * A flexible checkout, allowing us an extended stay so we didn't have to worry about luggage or accommodation while dealing with the crisis.
What could have been an absolute nightmare was made manageable because of his selflessness. Even now that we are back home, Jesus continues to check in on our family member’s recovery.
Jesus and Maria aren't just hosts; they are wonderful, compassionate people. If you are looking for a beautiful villa with a heart of gold, look no further. I truly could not recommend La Casita Villa any higher.

A sanctuary - beyond 5 stars

This villa is perfect, location and amenities are great. Everything about the villa is homely, the little touches make all the difference. We were met by Jesus who settled us in in person and throughout the stay was on hand for all questions. He went above and way beyond for us as a family even offering assistance with transport and translating when a family member had to go to hospital. He booked our airport taxi and allowed us extra time to sort ourselves after the health drama. Restores your faith in humanity when you interact with Jesus! Thank you so much and book this property you won’t regret it!

Wish I could give more stars!
