Welcome to our beautiful vacation home in Las Vegas! Our spacious four-bedroom, two and a half bathroom home is perfect for any getaway
Relax in the Outdoor Oasis Spa, shoot some air on the Air Hockey game table, play into the evenings with our Arcade Console. You'll find everything you need for a great stay, including a family kitchen and private garage. 3 Bedroom/2.5 Bath for up to 14 total occupants and guests.

Our private residential home will include a tranquil and peaceful stay will all the amenities included to complete your travel need
As you walk in you will be welcomed by spacious Living Spaces, Large TV, and Formal Dining Area. Full Spacious Kitchen is a short walk further down with further amenities to enjoy. Complimentary Coffee Station and Essentials will be provided to complete your stay.
Our Private 3 Bedrooms/2.5 Bath/Loft Residence will cater to all your group/family needs. Private Hot Spa is included for every stay.
Fully Equipped Kitchen with all the Cooking Utensils, Microwave, Full Refrigerator, Stove, Oven, Food Blender, Dual Sinks with Hot/Cold water access, and cooking essentials will be provided.
Living Spaces will include a large sitting area with comfortable seating arrangements for all your group needs. Large TV with complimentary Hulu TV-Live streaming service, and Local channels to give you a great start on your stay. Complimentary HDMI cables to connect to all your personal devices per request.
Lounge Area, Air Hockey, Retro Arcade Station and much more in our extended Lounging areas.
Master Bedroom will include a Comfortable King Bedroom Suite with private Walk-in Master Bathroom. Complimentary toiletries and bath essentials will be available in each stay. TV available with Hulu-TV Live streaming services.
2nd Private Queen Bedroom will share a Full Bathroom with complimentary toiletries and bath essentials. Bedrooms include a Cozy Queen Bed with clean comfortable bed linens. Extra towels and bed linens will be provided complimentary for all your needs.
 3rd Private Queen Bedroom will share a Full bathroom with complimentary toiletries and Bath Essentials. The bedroom will have fresh and comfortable bed linens. Extra towels and bed linens will be provided complimentary per request.
4th Bonus Loft Dual Twin Trundles Bedroom/ Lounge Room include 4 Twin Beds and Nightstands. Open for easy accessibility and comfort.
All bedrooms are upstairs living spaces. You will need to use 1 flight of stairs for the 2nd floor Loft space and sleeping arrangements.
 
Both Full Bathrooms will include complimentary toiletries, amenities and shampoos to complete your stay. Clean and comfortable bathroom towels and essentials will be available for you to enjoy. The 3rd Half Bath will be on the first floor main living area.
 
On-Site Laundry Units available. Laundry detergent is available as part of our grocery delivery service.
 
Additional Complimentary bedding and pillows will be provided when requested. Please provide enough travel details so we can prepare accordingly and provide a complimentary Starter Toiletry Package Set for your stay.
 
Private 2 Car Garage Space is available for your privacy and security during your stay.

LLC Disclaimer:
We are consistently looking to attract new members to this LLC to help offset the common expenses to maintain the property.
This property operates in compliance with state and local law. It is not a short-term rental. This is a shared ownership, which is not a new concept. It helps offset the common expenses between the members/owners. Ownership is held in an LLC. The governing document is called an operating agreement. This sets out the rights and responsibilities of each member/owner. When you schedule the use of the property, prior to any use of the property you must be assigned a membership/ownership interest in the property through the LLC, thus you will become a member of the LLC with a right to use the property. This online platform is utilized because there are many members. We use this online platform/portal for scheduling and booking of this property on a first come first serve basis. We are consistently looking to attract new members to help offset the common expenses to maintain the property. This property can only be used by members of the LLC only.
Some features on this portal are incorrect and are required and I am unable to change them. The Operating Agreement of the LLC is the governing document. And the features and policies represented in this portal are not necessarily the correct policies. All policies are in the Operating Agreement. 31+ day Rental Agreements are required for any Leasing Agreements.
