Drive down a dirt road, back into the mountains, until you arrive at Gash Creek Camp! Immerse yourself in the magic of Montana, while still being comfortable in our luxury tent! Wake up with the sun streaming through the windows and birds singing! Make yourself a cup of coffee with the french press and enjoy it on the deck before taking off into the mountains for the day! Our family is building our camp slowly over time. We currently have 2 tents - The first featuring a queen bed, furnished with curated vintage items we have collected over the years. The second is a bunk tent sleeping 4 and reminiscent of camp with it's old school double bunks. Both tents feature a tiny woodstove to take the chill off in the spring and fall. Both tents have electric and a ceiling fan to keep it cooler in the summer. It's a short walk up the path to the newly remodeled bathhouse. There is a shower, toilet, washer and dryer in the bathroom section of the bathhouse. The kitchen section features a custom camp kitchen with a 2 burner stove top, mini fridge, coffee maker, toaster and open shelves. Everything you need to cook meals while camping! There is a large outdoor eating area with a picnic table, gas grill and a beautiful gas fire pit with lounge chairs, perfect for a glass of wine after the sun goes down. We are available by text and have someone nearby who can stop by if there is an emergency. While we do have neighbors around us, to access our property you must go through a locked gate. We have 9 acres of land and the mountain behind us is state forest land that anybody can explore! We're located less than an hour south of Missoula in the beautiful Bitterroot Valley. Just a note - 2 NIGHT MINIMUM REQUIRED Our goal for this space is to eliminate distractions - we do not have wifi, however there is some service depending on your carrier. The woodstoves require chopping your own wood and keeping the fire going, but we think that's part of the fun! There is also potential to see deer and elk as well as bears and mountain lions much like if you were camping anywhere in Montana!

The Camp at Gash Creek

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at the Camp at Gash Creek! The wall tents were cozy, the kitchen/bath house had everything we needed, and fire pit was a lovely place to hang out in the evenings. Our dogs had fun, too! Thank you!

Perfect long weekend with friends

Camp was absolutely perfect for our family! We have 3 teens and they loved it! The beds were so comfy, the tents cozy and warm. Plenty of extra blankets if needed. The bath house and kitchen is well stocked and has what you need. Loved the option of being able to do laundry on site. There’s lots of hiking, shopping, etc close to camp. Highly recommend and we hope to come back!

Refreshing stay

Perfect for an active family or just relaxing! They have thought of everything and the level of care and pride of ownership shows. Clever details and all the comforts covered. Really loved the vintage games and touches. Easy check in and out...definitely recommend! Thank you!

Such a great set up!

We cannot say enough good things about Gash Creek Camp. It was an absolute delight. The tents are a dream - the lighting and the woodstoves made everything so cozy, and it was so nice having the ceiling fans. Our teen boys loved the bunk tent, and had enough cell signal to occupy themselves in their down time. The Kitchen/Bathhouse is so well equipped, even including an instant pot and one of the most nicely seasoned cast iron pans we've come across! We were so sad to leave this magical place and cannot wait to find an excuse to come back.

Amazing experience!

This weekend was heavenly. My 3 daughters and I came here for our annual “Girls Weekend.” We were able to rest, reconnect and restore. It’s obvious the property has been cared for and the tents were a dream come true. It was the perfect Glamping weekend. Highly recommend. Rich and Shannon were quickly responsive to my questions and provided every amenity we could need and want. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us.
