Escape from everyday life at Ferry Bridge House while being a short drive to Easton or Saint Michaels. Located on a private peninsula surrounded by the Miles River, Ferry Bridge House is a replica of the Historic Kemp House in St. Michaels and has two acres of space for you to relax and unwind. The Kemp House was built in 1807 by Col. Joseph Kemp, a Revolutionary soldier and hero of the War of 1812.
Ferry Bridge House has a large sunroom that leads to an outdoor brick patio overlooking the river. The small beach is perfect for relaxing or launching a kayak to go explore. The house's interior has historic charm with all the amenities needed to enjoy your stay.

Ferry Bridge House

Pure bliss and relaxation! The Ferry Bridge House provided the most amazing backdrop for our annual Girls' Weekend! From sipping coffee, watching the sun rise along the Miles River and reading books on the sandy beach (yes, it has its own private beach!) to cracking through a bushel of crabs and kayaking, there really was something for everyone. The rooms! The views! What a peaceful yet fun gateway from life's worries! We will definitely be back.

Girl's Weekend

Beautiful property - everything was just as advertised and more. Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. Quiet, private location with gorgeous views. The hosts were exceptional - very gracious, thoughtful and accommodating to any possible need. We were delighted to find the house so beautifully decorated for Christmas. It made for a very special stay. Thank you!

Christmas at Ferry Bridge House!

Beautiful house. Fantastic location. Right on the water. Perfect place for a family get away.

Thanksgiving Day Getaway

Two friends and I and our little dogs spent a magical fall weekend at Ferry Bridge House. It's located on a quiet peninsula overlooking the water. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was unusually well stocked for a rental: All the cooking implements, condiments etc you could require; high quality pans (unusual). We were going to go out one night but decided to stay in and make dinner because everything was so cozy and pleasant. We sat by a roaring fire and gazed at the supermoon shimmering above the water. There are three comfortable bedrooms (including a king in the master) and one room with two beds, good for children. Kevin and Angeline were very responsive to our questions but honestly we didn't need to ask much. Highly recommend.

This home is gorgeous and the location is as good as it gets. We really enjoyed our stay. It was everything that we could have wished for.
