THE BEACH: "Villa Oceana" is a 2000 sq ft, luxury 3 bed 2 bath Single Family Home with a huge private swimming pool, located in Palm Beach Gardens/Juno Beach. The property is a short drive 1.9 miles drive to Juno Beach conveniently located between Donald Ross Road and PGA Blvd. 
THE LOCATION:
The property is conveniently located to I-95 and The Gardens Mall along with numerous restaurants close by.
OUTSIDE:
There is a large private heated pool and garden, outdoor BBQ grill, covered patio with dining table and comfortable seating area where you may spend your mornings enjoying the warm Florida sunshine with a nice cup of cappuccino, watching the kids play in the pool or enjoy the lovely tropical evenings with a nice cold glass of champagne together with friends & family! &nbsp;Optional pool heat $50 per day paid upon arrival.
INSIDE:
This property is designed by our POSHPADZ Luxury Interiors team - comfort & luxury in mind. You have a fully equipped with french door fridge, and cabinets filled with all the pots, pans, dishes and cookware items you need to make a big family meal. Diners can sit at the dining table or lounge in the living room whilst chatting with the chef of the family thanks to the open concept layout of the 3 spaces! In the living room the guys will love watching the big games on the huge 75" SMART TV while lounging on the reclining sofas. All 3 bedrooms offer wall mounted flat screen TV's and luxurious comfortable beds. Villa Oceana boasts 2 King bedrooms and 1 Queen bedroom. The home is very well laid out and it's tough to beat the prime location!

HOT TUB - SAFETY •	Shower/rinse before use to keep the water clean-Do not enter with tanning oil/cream, body cream as it will cause water quality issues, which may result in our team having to empty hot tub during your stay which will then require a full 24 hours before hot tub can be used again. * •	There is an additional $100.00 fee for emptying the hot tub *Subject to change •	Max 6 people •	No glass, food, or smoking in/near the hot tub-plastic glasses in kitchen. •	No soaps, oils, or bubbles it damages the filtration system. •	Children u12 not recommended- *Children must be supervised by an adult •	Limit use to 15 minutes per session to avoid overheating/dehydration. •	Do not sit or stand on top of the hot tub cover it will result in damage Replacement fee of $800.00 for new cover. *Subject to change 1.
