Luxury 2 bed 2 bath private First Floor condo sleeps 5 close to PGA Resort. "Treetop Villa " offers a Zen like large screened in balcony with lovely green Banyan & Palm tree views. You have a fully equipped with all items you need to make that wonderful meal. Diners can sit at the dining table whilst chatting with your chef! Don't forget the huge SMART TVs in the living room and bedrooms. Both bedrooms offer luxurious King size beds with large Smart TVs . ***The King Guest Suite also has a Twin daybed for an extra person to sleep. Unit Sleeps 5 in total.  Very quiet and you can't beat the prime location!

You will be greeted by a POSHPADZ professional to make sure the property meets your needs as stated in the listing. You will both check the property for damages and confirm the property is in pristine condition by signing a form and leaving credit card details as per hotel.
<h3>Other things to note:</h3>
We provide: - Mini bathroom toiletries shampoo, body wash conditioner (similar to a hotel) - 2 toilet rolls per bathroom - Tabs for dishwasher - Paper towel roll - Couple of K pods, tea, package sugar - Garbage bags - Basic cleaning products - Luxury towels and linens 
STARTER PACKS: All POSHPADZ properties come with a starter pack of 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towel, dishwasher tabs, hand soap, hotel size shampoo and conditioner, starter laundry detergent, starter garbage bags.
House Rules:
<ol><li>Primary renter 25 years of age or older and guests registered in your booking are permitted inside the residence at any time. Additional nightime visitors are not allowed unless included in the initial guest count at the time of booking. </li><li>Within the 24 hours of booking, you will be required to sign our Rental Agreement. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your booking. The E-sign link for this agreement will be sent to you after your booking is confirmed."</li></ol>
Please note there is a non -refundable HOA Application Fee of $35 payable upon submission to the HOA. This is payable once the application is submitted to the HOA.

No trucks of any kind are allowed to be parked in this community.
Arrivals on Christmas Day or after 9pm $150 service fee if agreed.

Treetop Villa PGA National Close to Beaches and Golf

Beautiful condo with nice amenities! Enjoyed the location for walking, biking and nearby attractions! Hosts were wonderful

Hosts were wonderful!

I can’t say that I’ve ever had a better host/guest relationship using Airbnb before. They was truly above and beyond helpful as my family and I travelled to Florida for a complicated family situation and Posh Padz really went the extra mile with everything during the duration of our booking. I can’t speak highly enough of the entire team there, from their professionalism, proactive communication, timely responses and just the overall kindness and thoughtfulness with their communication. I instantly felt at home and really enjoyed the unit. I love to cook and had a nearly full apparatus of kitchen tools and gadgets to use, which was incredibly helpful for our two week stay (you can only go out so many times). I’ve had two different family members take shifts watching our child while we were in town and they both commented how lovely the unit was (and they’re both frequent travelers from major US Markets with high standards). 11/10 will be staying with Posh Padz again when I’m back.

 This property was exactly as represented by Poshpadz. Part of the PGA Village, the site is beautiful, quiet at night, and has a good variety of great restaurants in the area. The unit is clean, very well furnished and maintained, giving a bright fresh appearance. Very comfortable for 2 couples.The rental representative was very helpful with check-in and provided helpful advice on what to do in the area. The condo is beautifully updated and tastefully furnished and equipped with every convenience. The 2 full walls of windows in the living area was charming - and the screened in porch was an added bonus. The complex is quiet and beautiful. Gina was attentive and responsive and fun. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend!

This property was fantastic! It met all the criteria I consider important for an Airbnb rental. The living area was very nice with comfortable seating and a nice TV. The entire place was spotless. I am a stickler for clean spaces and it was immaculately clean. Everything functioned well from appliances to the blow dryer. The outdoor area wrapped around 2 sides of the condo and was fully screened in so there were no bugs. The outdoor furniture was clean and in great condition. There were a few snacks provided. Both beds are king sized and very comfortable. Temperature regulation was perfect. The unit was quiet with no noise disturbances ever. Parking was available right outside the front of the property. The refrigerator had an ice maker with filtered water which was super nice since you shouldn’t drink tap water in Florida. We didn’t need to buy bottled water. The location is beautiful with huge trees providing shade over the streets. It is located in PGA National which has a guard.
