1. The air conditioning system for cooling and heating in this apartment is coin-operated. (1€, approx. 100 minutes) and insertions €1 or €2. 
2. The indoor shared pool and Jacuzzi is communal to all the apartments and houses in the complex area. Open until Oct 12, 2025 and will be closed for good. 
3. Air Conditioning is available in the bed room and ceiling fan for the living room. 
4. The shared indoor pool is with a standard temperature of 27° as per Malta Law. 
5. A refundable Security Deposit of 200€ shall be paid upon arrival as a form of protection against damage in the property that may incur while the unit is rented and it applies to a maximum of 4 people only and this is adjusted to €50 per person from the 5th person onwards. 6. WI-FI is available for free. 
7. Parking is available on the street. 8. Monthly rates between January to December excluding utility bills, monthly wifi connection and other services. Paid monthly in advance and cash on arrival.
