Vivenda da Fonte is a welcoming three-bedroom villa near Carvoeiro, particularly well suited to couples, families and small groups looking for a relaxed Algarve holiday with plenty of outdoor space.

Sleeping up to six guests, the villa combines flexible bedroom arrangements with a private swimming pool, a dedicated children's section and outdoor games, making it a particularly good choice for families who enjoy spending time together outside.

Vivenda da Fonte is set in a residential area near Carvoeiro which is generally peaceful outside the busiest periods but can become livelier during the summer months when neighbouring properties are occupied by holidaymakers. Restaurants, beaches, supermarkets and local attractions are all within easy reach.

The heart of the villa is its private swimming pool, which includes a dedicated kiddies' section particularly appreciated by families travelling with younger children. Pool heating is available on request for an additional charge, helping guests enjoy the pool during cooler periods.

Around the pool, spacious terraces, outdoor seating and dining areas provide plenty of room for family meals, relaxing afternoons and Algarve evenings together.

Inside, Vivenda da Fonte offers comfortable living and dining areas designed for easy family living. All three bedrooms can be configured as either super-king or twin beds, providing flexibility for couples, families and groups of friends.

Outdoor entertainment includes table tennis, table football and a selection of lawn games. Rather than being centred around a dedicated indoor games room, Vivenda da Fonte makes the most of its outdoor space and relaxed Algarve lifestyle.

A restaurant is approximately 400 metres from the villa, with additional restaurants, bars and a mini-market around 1.2 km away. Carvoeiro Beach is approximately 1.8 km from the property.

Uber, Bolt and local taxis are readily available, so hiring a car is useful for exploring more of the Algarve but is not essential.

Vivenda da Fonte (Sleeps 6) Heatable Pool, Lawn, Game tables

This was our second time staying at Vivenda da Fonte and it was absolutely fabulous again. The small pool was perfect for our four year old and the table tennis table was a family favourite. Everything you need is there and the villa is immaculate. Will keep this villa in mind for future holidays.

Fantastic Villa

Excellent villa, spacious with large pool and all the amenities. Well worth the price

Excellent Villa

Spent a wonderful 10 nights in the gorgeous Vivenda da Fonte. The villa is all that we hoped for and more. Very clean with everything we needed as a family of 5. The grounds around the villa were beautiful and well maintained. The pool was a big hit with our children and the table tennis, fussball were an added bonus.
Alex met us on arrival and showed us around, was always available for any questions we had.
We couldn't recommend the villa enough .

Stunning Villa !!!

By a country mile the best villa we’ve ever stayed in. Everything is of the highest quality inside and out. Every room is so well appointed and the pool, games and outside terrace areas are top drawer. The gardens are beautifully manicured especially when viewed from the upstairs exterior terrace. We were genuinely sorry to leave after our two weeks but managed to cram in some golf, sailing and a variety of great food. Can’t recommend this place highly enough. Alex and his team were great to deal with throughout.
