As a Vacation Airbnb rental home we keep a lot of small design pieces in the house as green trees, pictures, vases, mirrors, glass and porcelain items. For family with kids, we strongly suggest to be careful and take them away from small kids and put it in the closet space to avoid breaking just like in your own home 🏡 <h3 dir="ltr">Getting around</h3> Directly on Nassau Street, you'll be right in the center of Princeton.&nbsp; Guest access&nbsp; Guests will have access to the whole property. <h3 dir="ltr">Other things to note</h3> The property is located on the second floor. There's an entrance at the street, and one to the condo itself.&nbsp; Please don’t use the bathtub, only the shower!&nbsp; <h3 dir="ltr">House rules</h3> OCCUPANCY: This listing holds a maximum of 6 guests. Only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed in the house or backyard, i.e. if a reservation is for 4 guests, it is expected that only up to 4 people will have access to the house. The total cost of the stay may vary depending on the number of guests. EVENTS: Events of any sort are not allowed at the house or backyard. This includes gatherings of 7+ people in which not everyone will be staying the night. If it is discovered that more than 6 people are at the house, the entire group will be removed from the house with no refund.&nbsp; SMOKING: Indoor smoking is not allowed. QUIET HOURS: As per Princeton regulations, quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM. This is a residential neighborhood, so please keep the neighbors in mind. PARKING: We offer a parking pass to the Hulfish Garage, about a four minute walk away. DAMAGES: Regular wear and tear is to be expected, but damaged furniture, unwashable stains, and holes in the walls are not. By booking, you acknowledge this point and agree to pay for any damages that may occur during your stay. PLUMBING: Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper, as this may cause a serious issue with the plumbing. PETS: This is a pet friendly home. There is a flat fee of $150 if you do plan on bringing a pet. Unfortunately, cats are not allowed on the property due to severe allergies.

Nassau Condo in the Heart of Princeton w/ Parking

I could not have been more thrilled staying at this condo. The location on Nassau st is absolutely unbeatable., I stayed and was going down to Princeton’s campus for many activities and it was perfect to be able to walk to the activities and have it be so easy to walk back to the condo to relax before the next activity. The two bedrooms worked perfectly, great temperature control in both the main room and the bedrooms, kitchen and dining area worked perfectly for meals when we weren’t out and about. Can’t recommend highly enough and hope I get to stay here again.
