"The Atelier" is a recently renovated cottage inspired by an artist. It is very private, peaceful & comfortable. Small studio yet fully equipped for solo travelers or couples (4 can sleep but snuggly). It has a queen bed with twin trundle bed (plus a foldable bed in the walk-in-closet). Enjoy a gorgeous front yard with a covered patio and nice lamdscape. Plenty of free street parking. Best location between Little Havana and Brickell. 5 min to the beach! My house is located in an area of Miami where duplex properties are allowed. Many Spanish-style houses built in the 40s in this area have two living units. The unit in the back, normally used to be the maid quarters, has access from an alley. They are often called "Casitas" or small houses.  "The Atelier" is a small loft-like cottage behind my house with the entrance facing the alley. So it is very quiet and private. Located far enough from my house. An artist once lived there and left some of her artsy "goodies". The Atelier is inspired by her. Colors, frames, paints, textures, brushes, and artwork fill the walls. I truly enjoyed renovating this cottage because it brought the artist inside me.  At the end of your day exploring Miami, you can enjoy a bubble bath in the tub or a drink in the backyard equipped with a small grill (Mosquito spray is a must!). Plenty of free street parking available. This cottage has it all: Privacy, pet-friendly (fees apply) TV, cable, Wi-Fi, outdoors, and more. This is the best location in the City of Miami (It is not Miami Beach). Everything is like 5 to 10 min distance. In fact... if you see the map... we are exactly in the middle of everything. We allow pets. We charge a non-refundable pet fee that varies ($45-$100) depending on the type of pet. and size. Consult with us before bringing your mascot.  ADVICE: Miami is a tropical weather city. Therefore, mosquitoes are endemic and part of the environment all year around. Mosquitos love hotels just as much as they love private homes. We provide sprays, repellents, and citronella sticks... but we can't guaratee a mosquito-free stay. If you are sensitive or allergic, please bring appropriate apparel and medication. Check-in starts at 3pm. There is a keyless padlock. The Coziest Retreat

This is just a gem … loved loved loved it .. it’s so walkable .. and close to great public transport options I could basically use public transport my entire stay that’s how conveniently located it is .. but it’s the magic of Ana and all her thoughtful touches that made this feel like a home away from home .. loved the little outdoor area and a friendly squirrel that visited each day ... highly recommended!

Beautiful, peaceful bungalow settled in a quiet neighborhood of Miami. I temporarily relocated for a month due to work and needed a place with a kitchen and easy access to main highways. Ana's place is the perfect bungalow. Equipped with a well-stocked kitchen, a huge comfortable bed and a lovely open space, this place had it all. Ana is an incredible host who goes well out of her way to take care of her guest. The cottage has a private entrance and its own outside area which is great for relaxing after work. Very walkable neighborhood and everything you could need within a couple miles of the cottage. Easy access to downtown, the beach, Brickle and Vizcaya. I love that the place is pet friendly allowing me to travel with my dog. The neighbors are incredibly welcoming and friendly which really enhanced my long stay. Out of the 30 something Airbnb's I have stayed in, this is without a doubt my favorite!
