David Geddes

Nine Olives Hvar

This villa is ideally situated to explore Hvar. On walking distance from Stari Grad or a nice jump in the sea. And also nearby Hvar City or other parts of the island. The villa itself is spacious and modern, with great facilities. The only disappointment was the temperature of the pool, it was too warm to refresh. But I would definitely recommend this accommodation to others!

Perfect place to enjoy all of Hvar

Stunning villa, beautiful views and perfect location. Really high quality finish and well equipped. We went with grown up children and their friend and think the layout works particularly well for this type of group of couples holidaying together.

Great house for groups of couples

Nine Olives is a classy easy living Villa with the most amazing sunset views. We were 2 families visiting with ‘kids’ in their 20’s .
Beautifully designed and well located, a short walk into Starigrad and you are in a lively harbour with music, bars ,restaurants and shops .
David is an excellent responsive host which made the stay easy to relax into quickly !
Thank you David !

Stunning spacious Villa

With two families (kids aged 17-21) we spend a full week in the Nine Olives villa in August 2025. We all loved it! The view over the sea with spectacular sunsets, comfortable bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, outside terraces, a nice pool, BBQ, it ticked all the boxes. Because of the proximity to the sea and Stari Grad, everyone could go and do what they liked. We rented eMTBs one day to discover the island, which was great. All in all highly recommended.

Great villa for two families

My family and I had a fabulous time in this beautiful house, which is iconic in its design. It is very spacious, with lots of different inside and outside areas for people to come together or be separate for some quiet time. The views are stunning and the short walk to local beaches, restaurants and bars is very scenic. The house is really well equipped, and we had everything we could have wanted or needed, including beach towels and shower toiletries. The pool is a really lovely feature, and we used it lots for cooling off, having fun and also relaxing on the ledge which runs down one side of the pool. The room design and layout means everyone has privacy and can select their preferred temperature via the air con and fans! The host, David, was really helpful with providing additional information and recommendations to make our holiday as fun as possible. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this house.

Beautiful house in a lovely area
