Beautiful Sandy beaches, fabulous restaurants, and an old town with typical old town charm and an Avenida bustling with vibrancy and life.A walk through the old town and harbour and along the coast to Puerto Calero is a must, and all this is just on the doorstep of this fabulous apartment.

Smoking is only permitted outside on the terrace and strictly no smoking inside the apartment. 
This apartment has air conditioning option for guests to pay and takes 1/2€ coins. 
Bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided for you, and there is a washing machine at the property for your use. If you are staying for 10 nights or longer, as standard, you will also receive a spare set of bed linen and towels for each guest. If you are staying for less than 10 nights and require a spare bed linen and towel set, this can be arranged for an additional cost of 20€ per double / twin room.
We do also offer a cleaning service and if you would like the cleaning team to clean, and carry out bed linen changes while you are staying, we offer this service for an additional cost. The cleaning service does need to be booked at least 7 day before your arrival, and if you are interested we can give you a cleaning quote dependent on your requirements. 
Check in and check out times are there to enable the cleaning team to prepare your holiday home and we cannot guarantee early check in or a late departure. We can always check one day before arrival or one day before your departure if there is a possibility, dependent on if there is a same day changeover on either of these days. The only way to guarantee an earlier check in or a later departure is to book an extra day.

Casa Bella - 3 Bedroom apartment with private swimming pool

Clean and a nice place to stay. Was a 2 min walk to the main strip. Had everything we needed and a lovely outside area. Will definitely be staying again!

1 week at casa bella, well located and 5 minutes from main strip of Puerto del carmen. Only thing is to get to the villa you have to walk up and down cardiac hill which is not great for kids and disabled/ elderly. Lots of great places to eat and bars. In terms of the property matches the description well to the listing and was clean and tidy. I would suggest maybe offered a hoover for the property as naturally due to high winds we found ourselves having to brush up a lot. Other than that the amenities offered was everything needed for a family, tv, iron & iron board, large fridge freezer, toasters, kettle and a lot of glassware. Outdoor seating by the pool was great such as sunbeds, and 2 places to sit on the patio and sun terrace both offering shade. Overall great stay would highlight recommend.

Beach 5 minutes walk. shops very close by. really nice apartment with everything you need. only issue was the pool was very cold. advertised as a heated swimming pool but that was not the case unfortunately. All in all we had a lovely holiday.

Great location!

We were a party of 6. The apartment was spacious inside and out and accomadated us easily. the main strip was 5min walk down some steps so easily accessible. The are plenty of shops to stock up with water and other provisions. The pool was very welcome as it was very hot so a cooling dip was very much needed we only needed to speak with Kristy once, she was very helpful on that occasion. all in all it was a great place to stay, I would highly recommend and we will definitely be booking again.
