FIG TREE BAY RESIDENCES #3

We had such a wonderful stay at Fig Tree Bay Residences #3 and genuinely enjoyed every part of our holiday there. The villa is beautiful, spacious, extremely comfortable and very well equipped. Everything has been thoughtfully arranged to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The kitchen deserves a special mention as it is genuinely fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, which made a real difference during our stay.We loved all the bedrooms and living areas, the pool and outdoor spaces, and the privacy the villa offers. A special mention should also go to the bedroom on the lower level. I had seen some older reviews mentioning concerns about this room, so I think it is important to share our recent experience. The space has clearly been renovated and improved and is now a beautiful, comfortable and very well presented room. We were completely happy with it. I have added recent photos so future guests can see how lovely the space is today. The location is another huge plus, close to Fig Tree Bay and everything you may need, while still giving you the privacy and comfort of your own villa. And finally, Kyriakos was an exceptional host: warm, welcoming, responsive and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and that kind of hospitality makes a difference. We left feeling completely rested after a beautiful holiday and would happily return. A fantastic choice for families or groups looking for comfort, privacy, a great location and a home that really has everything you need.Highly recommended!

Nice villa for groups of people

We had a fantastic stay at Fig Tree Bay Residences No. 3 in Cyprus and would happily return! The villa is perfectly located for exploring Protaras, with a great selection of local restaurants and bars within easy reach, as well as the beautiful Fig Tree Beach. The location really couldn’t have been better. The villa itself was spacious, spotlessly clean and modern, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was particularly well stocked, and there were plenty of amenities to make our stay easy and enjoyable.Kyriakos and Eleni were fantastic hosts and were always on hand whenever we needed anything. We did encounter a couple of minor issues during our stay, but they were dealt with quickly and efficiently, which was much appreciated.Overall, we had a brilliant holiday and would highly recommend Fig Tree Bay Residences No. 3 to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located villa in Protaras. We would definitely stay here again!

Příjemné ubytování na Kypru

The villa is modern, incredibly spacious, and spotless. The private pool area became our favorite spot to relax after spending the morning down at Fig Tree Bay, which is just a short walk away. The mood lighting in the bedrooms gave the home a sleek, luxury feel, and the outdoor patio setup was perfect for group dinners. Highly recommend for families or groups of friends looking for a peaceful yet central spot in Protaras!
