This was our second trip Chris’s property. Once again the cabin was very clean and being pet friendly is a huge plus. The nearby boat launch and Chris’s dock is another huge plus for me.
We will likely be back for our third visit!

Enjoyable Trip

Had a great stay at Red Fox. The cottage was exactly as described, clean and comfortable. Chris was a wonderful host and Poppy was a very friendly dog. We enjoyed all of the amenities (water activities, relaxing areas and sauna) and everything was in great shape. Highly recommend!

A Great Stay

We had the nicest long weekend staying at the Red Fox cottage. Chris has thought of everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The beds are really comfortable and everything was clean and well taken care of.
We loved the space too — the dock and water, the shared canoes, kayaks, and paddleboards, the fire pit, the many lovely seating areas.
Chris is also a great host, making sure we had everything we needed. And my kids loved his dog Poppy!
We would definitely stay again! Thanks Chris for a great long weekend.

Great cottage and property!

While Poppy gets all the press, Chris should get acclaim as well. Excellent property with tremendous attention to detail. Every time I thought " I wish I would have brought......" , I looked in the cupboards and there it was! Fun midcentury modern inspired design. Lots and lots of water toys and shoreline to explore. A true lakeside retreat!

Exceeded expectations

We enjoyed our time in the Red Fox cottage. Chris has really thought of everything and makes it easy to relax with kids and dogs in tow. The property is well maintained, thoughtfully designed and there are many activities made available. Poppy is a delight to encounter on the grounds.
