Your ski in – ski out chalet in Kitzbuhel with space for up to 10 persons is located at one of the most sought after and exclusive locations in Kitzbuhel. The quiet Roemerweg lies on the sunny side of the valley, at the foot of the Kitzbueheler Horn skiing mountain, next to its skiing slope number 5. Your chalet offers sun from morning to evening, and you will experience breathtaking views unto the Wilder Kaiser mountain in the north and the famous Hahnenkamm ski race slope in the south.

Your chalet has been completely refurbished in 2018, and we are now very happy to offer this cosy home for short and long term rentals. In the course of the refurbishment all windows as well as inner and outer doors have been replaced with matured timber and the whole house now offers floor heating beneath an oak wood floor. Additionally, all baths have been completely renovated, a new kitchen fitted, and all the furniture was modernized in combination with selected antiques, which is why your chalet holiday retreat now presents itself as one of the most beautiful of the chalets in an alpine character.

Chalet Zeisa in Kitzbühel

We had the most wonderful stay at this chalet. A fantastic base for skiing in Kitzbuhel. It comfortably fit our group of 10. Having secure parking on site took all the stress out of arrival. The garden was a lovely spot to relax in the sun. Skiing right back to the door at the end of the day was unbeatable. The kitchen was fully equipped and a pleasure to cook in. The beds were extremely comfortable and we all slept wonderfully. Storage for all our ski gear was well thought out, with a proper boot room by the entrance. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook proper meals, right down to good knives and plenty of glassware. Thank you for an unforgettable holiday — we didn't want to leave.

A dream holiday — Kitzbuhel

What a truly special week we had here. A fantastic base for skiing in Kitzbuhel. It comfortably fit our group of 10. Having secure parking on site took all the stress out of arrival. The ski-in ski-out access meant no faff with buses each morning. The living space was generous and perfect for relaxing together. Honestly faultless from start to finish.
