This bright, modern apartment is within walking distance from the Dundee University Campus, V+A Museum and the city's most popular cafes, bars, restaurants. Free on-Street parking is available right outside the door and there is a large convenience store just a 2 minute walk away. Pleasantly decorated and fully furnished, this apartment provides an ideal location for a stay in Dundee, Scotland. 30 minutes from St Andrews, 1 hour from Edinburgh, and home of the new V+A Museum. * A note to our regular customers - we have not increased our prices, Airbnb's pricing structure has changed and the nightly rate now includes your guest service fee! * Best suited to longer term stays, the accommodation comprises of; a large lounge with plenty of space to relax, a smaller double bedroom with cupboard and storage spaces, kitchen and bathroom. The large sofa in the lounge easily folds out into a full size double bed (as seen in the photos) if required while the dining table looks over the street and also doubles as an open and bright workspace. The perfect accommodation for both residential and corporate guests. Especially useful for long terms guests, there is a washing machine and drying rack for you to use and (since a lot of people ask) you are welcome to use the vacuum cleaner if you want to. There is also supermarket nearby with gyms, a swimming pool, a casino and yoga studio all within walking distance. Feel free to get in touch about these before you arrive. There is a bright outlook from the bedroom which you can see in the photos. If you have any questions at all please don't hesitate to get in touch, or, feel free to book instantly. Please also see some of the very kind reviews left by fantastic previous guests! This is a self check-in / check out apartment but I can be contacted at any time. This is a self check-in / check out apartment but I can be contacted at any time. There is a secure, well-lit stairway up to the apartment and being a quiet residential block you are guaranteed a comfortable stay. Given this, noise must be kept to an acceptable level in the apartment and stairwell at all times. Please note, this flat is on the second floor. There is a Double bed and storage spaces in the main bedroom but this room is quite small compared to the lounge. Also, have a great time in Dundee!
