Fantastic apartment with hot tub and pool, just steps from the beach in Puerto Pollença. This charming and modern light-filled duplex has recently been redecorated. It offers a private hot tub with mountain views and a communal swimming pool. It is only one street back from the sea front and is a short easy stroll along the beach promenade into the town centre. It is a fantastic apartment, fully equipped, with plenty of space for families or groups. The apartment has two spacious terraces. The front terrace has a dining table with seating for 8, a large sofa area and a hot tub which has mountain views for a beautiful sunset. The back terrace has a table and loungers and leads directly to the pool. There is a large tree shaded park just around the corner and another directly on the beach, which is great if you have young children, as well as a beach bar for the adults! The location is fantastic, close to the sea front where there are plenty of places to eat or have cocktails and watch the sun go down over the mountains! There is a large mini market on the front to purchase things you need and a pharmacy too. If you would like to explore further Pollenca old town is only about a 5 minute drive, Alcudia old town about 10 minute drive, and you also have Formentor further up the coast which is great for cycling too. It is is not necessary to hire a car if you plan on staying locally as everything can be access by walking. However it is useful if you want to explore further afield. There are however also good local buses, the closest bus stop is only a 5 minute walk and the main bus station in town is a 10 minute walk. Things to know The apartment is fitted with an osmosis filter so drinking water is on tap. A cot and a high chair can be provided if needed. Towels, linen and beach towels are provided and included in the price Additional cleaning and change of linen etc. can be arranged on request. Balearic Island sustainable tourism tax will be due in cash during your stay (it is not included in the booking price). The cost is €2.20 per person per night (only for adults over 16 years old).

Apartment La Nau - Puerto Pollença

The apartment was beautiful. Accurately described. Really well equipped with lots of little touches like welcome hamper, pegs for the line and cleaning products. Nikki was an attentive host, if we needed anything from before we arrived and throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful Apartment

Apartamento moderno, cuidado, limpio, bien ubicado, en perfecto estado, con un trato excepcional por parte del dueño. Sorprende porque es incluso mejor que lo que esperas en fotos. Increíble opción para vacaciones en Puerto Pollensa!

Perfecto

One of the best places we've stayed at, Nikki's communication was excellent and the facilities at the apartment are superb. A great location, only 15 minutes walk along the beach to the centre of town, easy parking, everything was how it should be

Superb

Super Unterkunft, tolle Ausstattung und super schnelle Antworten auf Fragen! Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub. Der Jacqucci ist super groß und top für 4 Personen!!

Super Unterkunft

A great space. Exceeded our expectations. Little touches were appreciated, like a fully equipped utility room - washing liquid, dishwasher tablets, cloths - all stuff we usually expect to buy and leave. Quality beach towels provided!! Any queries to Nicola were promptly and accurately replied to. Perfect host.
