Step inside and settle into the oversized sectional for movie nights or afternoon downtime. The living room and all three bedrooms have smart TVs, while high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and central heating help keep your stay comfortable.

The spacious kitchen features a large island, new Samsung refrigerator, new Sharp microwave, dishwasher, full stove and oven, cookware, bakeware, dinnerware, wine glasses, food processor, blender, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker. Coffee, a selection of teas, and complimentary cooking essentials including spices, salt, pepper, sugar, and olive oil are provided.

All three bedrooms are upstairs:

Outside, enjoy your fully fenced backyard with palm trees, Adirondack seating around the fire pit, cornhole, and giant four-in-a-row. A covered dining patio keeps outdoor meals close to the kitchen.

The backyard also includes an electric BBQ grill with an integrated temperature sensor and a separate small charcoal grill, giving you flexible options for outdoor cooking.
