Galeria Viviente (Living Gallery) is a 950-sq ft 2-level Eco-Friendly Casita designed to highlight the 360 degree views from all of the&nbsp;masterfully placed windows. Located on Historic Highway 80 just outside of Old Bisbee, the property is on a hillside of solid granite in the beautiful Mule Mountains on 5.5 private acres surrounded by Federal land. There are no neighbors. Quiet, clear night skies. Jaw-dropping views in all directions. At 5800' elevation we are blessed with a relatively mild year-round climate.
The house has 12" thick insulated walls to keep you comfortable throughout the year. Every drop of water originates from our rain catchment system*. The drinking water then passes through a double filtration system before use. Mindfulness of this precious resource is another aspect of being on an Eco property. Your gratitude of Nature will increase and integrate into your consciousness. *In dry years we may augment with municipal water.
We have excellent phone and internet reception.&nbsp;Our Internet clocks at 13mps.

Guests have access to the entire Casita, the front patio, the parking areas and driveway. The property is wild and natural. We ask that you only explore on the areas we have designated. There are many hiking trails in and around Bisbee to explore. The upper house and garage area are private and should be respected. Although the property is in the country, it is only a short 5-8 minute drive to historic Old Bisbee. To the west, about 20-minutes away, is the City of Sierra Vista at the foot of the magnificent Huachaca Mountains. To the east, the historic town of Tombstone is 30-minutes away. The property has dedicated parking right up to the front of the Casita.
This micro-climate is home to white-tailed deer, the rare coatimundi, javelina, wild turkey,&nbsp;a bounty of birds as well as the elusive jaguar. Keep your eyes open! Wake up to the amazing songs of the birds. No need for an alarm clock here!

About the Science of Resonance
Physical science has shown us that every material object and every living thing has a natural resonance frequency or frequencies which are determined by that object’s physical structure. It was good being close to Bisbee but not in town, and this house is a one-of-a-kind place. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the helpfulness of the host.

This is a dream spot to stay and still visit Bisbee, Warren, Sierra Vista, and Tombstone. It is located just outside Bisbee, so you can escape the fun and have a serene stay in an architectural marvel built into the mountainside. The Mrs. and I searched independently, for a location to stay in Bisbee. We have similar tastes - so what drove us to this selection were things like the location (away from town, secluded), unique construction, the amenities, and of the course the positive reviews that Jered deserves. Check in was flexible, Jered met us upon arrival to give us a short tour of the Casita and provide some recommendations of places to eat. The location is amazing, construction of the Casita is unique - what stood out to us was the choice of window placement, being able to see into other parts of the Casita from where you are located and the ability to see the entire rising landscape line from the living room area. Everything is exactly as described, Jered has done an excellent job in the description, arrival tour and reference materials for your stay. Internet speed is strong, allowing streaming if you want to catch an episode. There would be no hesitation in booking again!
