Gary’s place was absolutely perfect! We will definitely be back.

Would absolutely stay here again! Walking distance to so much and Gary was so nice to recommend places!!

Would absolutely stay here again!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at Gary's condo! From the moment we booked, Gary couldn't have been more responsive, communicative, kind, and thoughtful. He truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The location is incredible—just a quick, easy walk to the beach, even with our 2-year-old. We loved having The Perfect Pig and shaved ice one way, and Local Cantina, great shops, and Pecan Jack's Ice Cream the other. It was the perfect spot on 30A.That said, we were often just as happy staying in the condo! The décor is beautiful, the layout is so smart, and every detail has been thoughtfully considered. It was impeccably stocked with everything we could possibly need. We're so grateful to have found this condo and such a wonderful host. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting 30A!

Our Family had an absolutely wonderful stay at Gary's condo!

I couldn’t wait to write this review!! I feel like we have a new friend now. Gary is the most amazing host! He contacted us as soon as we made the reservations and checked on us before and during the stay! The condo was spectacular!! Pictures can’t describe it! The views of the ocean from the balcony are breathtaking! The views from all the windows of gorgeous magnolia trees are unbelievable! The decor in the condo was so beautiful and comfy! We love to grill & cook and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need! The master bath was so wonderful with a large jacuzzi tub and shower with rain shower head ! When we were grilling we felt like we were surrounded by nature with the tall trees and squirrels. The walk to the beach is a couple of minutes!! This was the best stay we have ever had at the beach and the most wonderful place we have ever stayed in! Gary is not just an amazing host but also an outstanding person, always there to help you with anything you need! We will return!

We had a great stay. The location has easy access to the beach, which was important to us. There are a lot of great restaurants around the area, however I would recommend a bike or golf cart due to parking issues. The condo was in great shape with plenty of extras touches thrown in. I would definitely stay again and recommend others to do so. Gary was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.

We had a great stay
