Nestled in a peaceful street in central Blairgowrie, a 3 minute walk to the centre, bus stops and shops. Beadles Cottage offers the perfect family retreat. The home features a luxurious king-size bedroom, a twin bedroom, a cosy single room ideal for a child, a family shower room and open-plan living space with kitchen. Step outside to discover a garden with dining area and BBQ. This historic cottage, over 100 years old, was once home to the church beadle who tended the neighbouring grounds.

Beadles Cottage - Family Haven

We stayed as a group of 5 adults for a 4-day Orienteering event further up in the Highlands. A well finished property with a keen attention to detail and spacious enough for 5 adults. The bedrooms are very comfortable and the whole property is very clean. All you need for home from home stay. Highly recommended!

Lovely Property

We recently stayed at Beadles Cottage. A family of four adults and dog. The cottage was exactly as seen in the photographs, a real home from home. Had everything we needed for a very comfortable 3 day stay in Blairgowrie. Lovely enclosed garden with small bistro set and a larger seating area. Really good location for skiing at Glenshee and beautiful walks around Blairgowrie. Tanya was very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend Beadles Cottage.

Beautiful Cottage

We stayed at this lovely cottage for two nights, the cottage was perfect for our stay. Communication from the hosts before and during our stay was informative and helpful. The location was great, we managed to park outside of the cottage (street parking) shops are walking distance which is convenient. Good recommendations in the information book at the cottage.
The cottage was comfortable and clean. The decor throughout is lovely, a nice space to relax in. The outdoor space which is gated was also nice.
Overall a perfect Airbnb, I would happily book to stay here again.

Cosy cottage

We have stayed at Beadles cottage a few times now and it really is our favourite place to stay when we visit family in Blairgowrie. It’s beautifully decorated, it’s spotlessly clean and the kitchen has everything you need to make meals. Over the years we have stayed in many places in Blairgowrie but this is our favourite now and the first place we check for availability when through visiting. The beds are the comfiest we have slept on too! Our daughter who’s 9 loves it here and it was a safe environment for our 1 year old to explore too!
Tanya and Fraser are lovely owners who are always on hand should you have any questions. We cannot fault this property and look forward to coming back again soon.
