The dedicated office includes a large auto-standing desk, 2 monitors, a standing mat, an ergonomic chair, and power so all you have to do is plug in and you're ready to go. The panoramic window overlooking the lake provides the perfect backdrop for stress-free work. You will check yourself in with the lockbox attached to the front door handle. Other Things to Note The property is shared with your host family but with 3.5 acres there's lots of space to have your privacy in your separate building & outdoor spaces. No smoking in the home. No RV trailers or tents.  This is a peaceful retreat. Quiet time is 10:00pm - 8:00am and no parties or events are allowed. No exceptions.

This place is amazing. It has spectacular views of the lake. Alison is an amazing host and has the place equipped with anything you could ever want or need. From kayaks, a canoe, rafts, noodles, firewood etc. for the outside, to anything you could possibly need for the inside, this place has it all. 
This is our second year going and it literally feels like our home away from home. The house is immaculate and Alison adds personal touches to make you feel more at home. 
She is quick to respond to any questions and is always available if you need anything. We look forward to spending a week here every summer to enjoy this beautiful property and all it has to offer.

Perfect Cottage for a Family Getaway

Book here now! We couldn't have imagined a more perfect lakefront getaway. Alison's place is well equipped, well-placed and unbelievably spacious and comfortable. There were plenty of canoes, kayaks, and paddleboards available for our use (with life jackets of all sizes), and we also rented a pontoon boat from the nearby resort (steps away) which gave us access to the amazing Rideau lake system! This was an unforgettable vacation for our whole family, and we'll be happy to return as soon as possible!

A Hidden Gem Surrounded by Nature

We rented the At the Point and it surpassed our expectations. Our 6 yr old grandson cried because he did not want to leave . Our family was pleased with everything about this place . A clean modern cottage with everything you need . We were surprised with flowers and a treat basket and a bottle of wine when we arrived . The property was ready and check in was easy. Alison our property manager (Alison) was so friendly and helpful and available to answer any of our questions . The best property to relax or have active life with kayaks , canoe, swimming, and a large dock with boat rental close by . I highly recommend this property
