Villa Annunziata is a two-storey bright house with a wonderful view of the sea and the Coast, with Capri's Faraglioni in front and the cascade of Positano colorful house on the right. On the GROUND FLOOR you will find a livingroom, a kitchen, a bathroom and a big terrace. On the UPPER FLOOR you will find two bedrooms (one with a balcony), a living area and a bathroom. The first bedroom has access from the ground floor via an internal stairway; the second bedroom is accessible from the terrace and features a private entrance and a second room for eventual extra Guests (ask the Team for more info). The two bedrooms can be adjoining rooms upon request, we will provide the key if you wish.
GROUND FLOOR: • THE TERRACE is so panoramic. The view is just breathtaking. Equipped with deckchairs and a table with chairs, this is the ideal place to relax and to dine "al fresco" with Positano and the sea as romantic scenery. From the terrace you can enter the house. • THE LIVINGROOM/ENTRANCE: You will be welcomed in a small cozy livingroom, decorated with a small sofa. From here you can access the bathroom, the kitchen, the laundry and the upper floor. The room is air-conditioned • THE KITCHEN is fully equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a fridge, a freezer, an oven, an Italian-style coffee maker, an Espresso maker, an American-style coffe maker, a dish washer, a microwave oven and other little home appliances. This room is air-conditioned. • THE BATHROOM (the brown one) is accessible from the livingroom. It has got a toilet, a wash basin and a shower. • THE LAUNDRY features a washing machine, an iron and an ironing table. THE UPPER FLOOR You can access the upper floor from the livingroom via a wooden stairway. • THE BLUE BEDROOM: You will be welcomed in large bedroom (the blue one). The room includes a double bed, a wardrobe and a sitting area with a TV. From the window you have a beautiful view of the sea. The room is air-conditioned. This room can be "adjoining" with the other one, upon request. THE SECOND ENTRANCE OF THE UPPER FLOOR You can access this side of the upper floor from the terrace via an external stairway. • THE ENTRANCE: You will be welcomed in the access room from where you can enter the bathroom and a passageway where we can add extra beds for eventual extra Guests. • THE ORANGE ROOM: You can enter this room from the passageway. The room includes a double bed, a wardrobe and a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea. The room is air-conditioned. This room can be "adjoining" with the other one, upon request. • THE BATHROOM (the blue one) is accessible from the entrance. It has got a toilet, a wash basin, a bidet and a shower. This bathroom is air-conditioned.

Ce logement est une perle. L’emplacement est génial, super pratique et Praiano est beaucoup plus calme que Positano. Les marches pour la plage sont directement à côté de la terrasse. Il y a un petit bar super sympa en descendant la première volée de marches. Et pour finir, Roberta est une hôte incroyable, attentionnée et donne d’excellents conseils! Si on revient sur la Côte, on reloue ce logement assurément!

Roberta was truly amazing. She is unbelievably warm and helpful and super responsive. Her recommendations are spot-on. The location of this home is very convenient and allowed us to walk to restaurants, the market, and the bus stop quickly. The view is simply spectacular and the neighbors are so friendly and welcoming. This charmer of a town is the best spot to make home base to explore the surrounding towns of the Amalfi Coast- it's quiet and gorgeous. I found the residents of this town super friendly and welcoming to my family- I honestly cannot say that about the other places that we visited in Italy, but in Praiano we left a small piece of our hearts because of this. Gratzie Roberta and Praiano- you are gems.

Amazing lovely cozy stay! roberta was super helpful and responsive as well, gave lots of local reccomendations and answered all my queries :) she was very friendly and gave clear instructions about different parts of the house. they also provided us beach towels to use and lemons to try from the garden in front of the house. there's two toilets and unlimited hot water which was really good for a family of five of us when we just want to shower asap and go to bed too and two hairdryers available! and super good views from the balcony and the windows... couldnt ask for more :") bus stop was also located near us and we can simply walk down the stairs next to the house towards the beautiful beach. roberta was an amazing host and the house was a dream to stay in.

Whilst this is an older house, the fabulous outside deck with amazing views is the star feature. Found it hard to leave that view of sea towards Positano and Capri. The bedrooms are interconnected (room with single beds is a thoroughfare from double front bedroom to one bathroom) making it better for a family rather than multiple couples. Other double bedroom is large, bed behind a room divider,giving privacy from access to stairs to downstairs area and second bathroom. Kitchen basics supplied in a good functional kitchen to cook at home. Comfortable beds. Lounge area upstairs and downstairs. Quiet, even though only a few steps from main road to access shops, restaurants, coffee, pharmacy, tourist info and buses in central business area of Praiano. Access to La Gavitella beach is via many steps down the hillside but a lovely walk nonetheless with places to stop and admire the view on the way up or down, including a great little bar (Roberta will tell you).
