Cancellation policy

• If you need to cancel your reservation, we will make every effort to rebook the canceled dates. If all or part of your original reservation is rebooked by another guest, you will receive a refund only for the nights that are successfully rebooked.
• Refunds will be calculated based on the current booking rate paid by the replacement guest for the rebooked dates, less any applicable taxes. Nights that are not rebooked remain non-refundable.

Security deposit policy

No security deposit is due.
