Glass House St. John

My husband and I, and our 2 adult children (18 and 20) stayed here summer 2025. The house is immaculate and gorgeous, and functional. You'll know you're in for a treat as soon as you open the revolving front door! The bedrooms are on this floor. The bathroom shower is open to the beautiful view and was surprisingly one of my favorite parts! The kitchen and living area is up the stairs. The views from all the windows is truly special. We spent every morning sitting on the balcony enjoying the view while sipping our coffee.

We counted the steps up to the house, it was around 40. Then there are steps up to the main living area/kitchen. The driveway is extremely steep! A four wheel drive vehicle is a must! And the stairs are not for the faint of heart. A must know if you are considering staying here.

The pool is the perfect size with the most incredible views! We even had a visitor one day-an iguana! The island is alive with wildlife, flora and fauna.

If you choose GlassHouse, you will not regret it! We will be back!

Stunning!

As you can see from the pictures, the home and the view are absolutely spectacular.

What the photos don’t capture is just how spotless and well maintained the house is — every detail is truly perfection. Beach chairs, towels, coolers, and even waterproof phone cases are thoughtfully provided.

The beds are very comfortable, with a variety of pillows to choose from, and the kitchen is fully stocked with quality appliances and dishes. There is also an up-to-date washer and dryer, and the home genuinely felt like home during our stay.

An all-wheel-drive vehicle is a must to navigate the roads and driveway, but it’s well worth it.

The local house manager was always available and incredibly helpful with any questions. We cannot recommend this wonderful home enough.

Exceeded expectations

The Glass House lives up to it's billing. Amazing house and water views. Make sure to spend time at the house enjoying the view from the pool, deck and livingroom. All beach necessities are included... chairs, coolers, towels, etc. Didn't see many beach umbrellas on St John so plan to seek beach shade under trees or rent a shade. We've been to St John many times and will definitely stay at the Glass House again.

WOW!

GlassHouse St. John is Meticulous! Every detail was thought of!
We absolutely loved the time we spent relaxing poolside, grilling fish and sipping cocktails! Our little daughter loved searching for lizards every morning and swimming in the pool at sunset. We can't wait to come back.

Meticulous!

GlassHouse St. John is a FANTASTIC place. The house is gorgeous. The Views are amazing. The hospitality is unmatched. Thank you for sharing your home with us and for all the much needed tips and tricks on how to enjoy St. John at its fullest! We are already planning to return to GlassHouse next year.....and the next...and the next...
