Location
Tower Bridge is one of London's most recognisable landmarks. It was opened in 1894 and is Victorian architecture at its finest, acquiring Grade I listed status from English Heritage. The Tower Bridge area sits between London Bridge (home to famous Borough Market) and Bermondsey, another foodie destination — both within easy walking distance, as is nearby Tate Modern, Contemporary Art's London cathedral. The Shad Thames area — all cobbled streets and historic warehouses with high walkways up above — is great fun to wander through, and there are some great riverside spots here to relax at with an evening drink.
Getting around
Tower Hill station (Circle and District lines) is about five minutes' walk away, with Tower Gateway DLR also close by, giving fast access to the City, Canary Wharf, and the rest of London. Eurostar arrivals at King's Cross St Pancras can take the Circle line direct to Tower Hill, around 20–25 minutes.
From the airports:

Gatwick: Gatwick Express to Victoria, then the Circle or District line to Tower Hill

Luton: Thameslink to Farringdon, then the Circle or Hammersmith & City line to Tower Hill

London City Airport: DLR direct to Tower Gateway (no changes needed)

Tower Bridge - Super Comfy - Luxurious

Easy to get the bus to get to where we wanted to go. The balcony was a great way to get fresh air in the summer heat, and the view of Tower Bridge was a nice plus!

Such a great place!

The location was beautiful with lots to do and easy access to the Tube. Host was very responsive and helpful. The apartment was very clean and tidy. I loved that as you fall asleep, you can see the Tower Bridge lit up through your bedroom window! I would definitely return!

I will return!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location is great for getting around the city, but far enough removed to be private. The view from the balcony is spectacular. Tower Bridge, the Shard, and the beautiful dock area are all right there. Lots of great restaurant options all around the pier. We'll definitely stay here again when we return to London.

5 Star Experience

We enjoyed the view, balcony, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and convenient location. It’s an easy walk to an underground station, and an excellent supermarket is across the street. The host was prompt in his communications.

Beautiful Flat

This flat is located in a very safe and convenient location within walking distance to restaurants, grocery store and public transportation. It is quiet with a lovely view of the docks and London skyline. It is well equipped with general necessities. The only small quibble is that the flat does not have air conditioning (it is mentioned in the listing). The flat cools off quickly once you open windows and patio but it stays warm if all is closed. It is comfortable for 2 people and great location to stay if you want to be away from crowds and noise but still within reasonable access to everything you need.
