There's nothing like a peaceful cabin by the lake. Complete with hiking trails, free fishing area, large BBQ grills and sunsets that just can't be beat.
Cabin 4 is a two-bedroom cabin with a view of Grand Bayou Reservoir. It overlooks the lake but isn't right on the water. Each bedroom has a queen bed, and the living room has a pull-out sleeper sofa, so it sleeps up to 6.
Outside, you have your own picnic table and your own grill. Please bring your own charcoal and firewood, since we don't provide or sell them on site.
Guests of our three rental cabins share a private, grassy Fishing Point on the lake with a picnic table and a portable fire pit. There's also a shared canoe and a flat-bottom boat (no motor), and both come with life jackets, paddles and an anchor. Just message us to reserve a time and we'll get them out of the boathouse for you. The boathouse itself is staff only.
A hiking trail runs into several hundred acres of woods. It's open outside deer season, roughly March through September or October, and closed during deer season for safety. In the summer, the beach and swimming area at Grand Bayou Resort is close by.
Pets are welcome, with a $75 pet fee per stay. Please keep them leashed outside. Check-in is at 3 PM with keypad self check-in, and your door code is sent to you before arrival. Check-out is at 11 AM. WiFi details are sent at check-in. No smoking, please.
