The apartment is located in a quiet residential area with a large swimming pool surrounded by palm trees and a green garden. 1st bedroom - double bed, 2nd bedroom - double bed + 1 single bed From the terrace there is a view of the sea and the pool, there is a seating area with a grill. From both bedrooms you step out into the quiet back garden for relaxing on deckchairs in the shade of palm trees. The local famous La Mata sandy beach, known as "Spanish Florida", is approximately 2.8 km long. The beach is surrounded by sand dunes and a promenade. Near the apartment there are two parks, one with swings and slides for children, the other with water fountains. The Torrevieja area has a world-unique microclimate that creates 2 saltwater lagoons. A stay here is ideal for people with breathing problems. The water from the lagoon then cures psoriasis, rheumatism and eczema, similar to the Black Sea.

The apartment is in a stunning location – just a few steps from the beach, with a breathtaking sea view. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying the sunrise and sunset right from the balcony was a true delight. The apartment is very cozy and clean, equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail is impressive: from the stylish interior to small things like fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, modern kitchen appliances, and quality bedding. The location is also perfect – everything is nearby! Shops, cafes, and restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk away. It’s an excellent choice for those who want to combine a relaxing beach vacation with an opportunity to immerse themselves in the local culture and atmosphere of Torrevieja. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, always available and ready to assist with any questions. This place is a real gem for anyone looking to spend their vacation in a relaxing and comfortable environment. We will definitely be back!

We have had a wonderful stay at the apartment. The facilities were great. The pools were amazing and heated. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need to have a great stay. The local supermarket is very close and had a wide selection of products and was reasonable priced. The host was very responsive and has provided us with a lovely place to stay on our holiday.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Sol. We loved the huge, quiet, gorgeous swimming pool and the sunny back garden and front terrace. The apartment is spacious and has everything you could possibly need. Parking was always easy and there is a supermarket very close by. We would recommend this holiday property.

Utrolig rolige omgivelser.jeg kontaktede Radek kun 2 dage før ankomst, med ønske om en sen udtjekning, og i løbet af 10 min. havde han arrangerer. Super service.tak for denne gang !

Fantastisk opphold i en nydelig leilighet. Stedet var helt ypperlig, på første plan med utsikt over basseng og koselig fellesområde. Hyggelig og ren leilighet med alt man trenger.Leiligheten har også en koselig bakgård om man vil nyte ettermiddagssol.Familievennlig. Matbutikk innen 3 min. gåavstand. 10-15 minutter å gå til stranda, så anbefaler bil for å lettere komme til strand og restauranter.
