The Condo:
Enjoy the comfort of a fully loaded Smart Home, with high-speed Wi-Fi, 4 large 4K Smart TVs (Netflix and Xfinity), wireless phone chargers, a Smart keypad door lock, and Nest Thermostat for total control of your environment.
The fully stocked kitchen features sleek white quartz countertops and top-tier appliances, including a fridge with ice maker, new stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all the cookware you need. Laundry is a breeze with a full-sized washer, dryer, ironing board, and steamer provided.
The master bedroom offers a King bed, walk-in closet, and a beautifully tiled en suite bathroom with a frameless glass shower, standalone soaking tub, and dual vanities. You’ll love the serene golf course views from the large bay window. The second bedroom has two twin beds, and the third bedroom features a leather queen sofa pull-out, spacious closet, and work desk with a monitor and printer. There’s even a second desk in the foyer for extra workspace.

We can’t say enough good things about our vacation stay. Best rental we’ve ever stayed at. Everything was super clean, new and modern. They had everything we needed and even went the extra mile with amenities to take to the beach. We highly recommend! Thanks for making our vacation so memorable!

Can't say Enough Good Things

Dmitrys place was so beautiful! Check in was extremely easy, everything was clean and beautifully decorated. I slept like a baby every night the bed was so comfortable. If you’re staying here also check out the restaurant nearby, Sam Snead’s, unfortunately for us we found it on our last night but everything was soooo good there! Starbucks, Publix, gas stations are also very close by as well. Beach was a short drive away and the pool is perfectly temped and refreshing. All in all 5 stars and would definitely book again.

Perfect Place!

stayed for a week with my husband and our three teenagers. Beautiful decor and comfot and space for all of us! excellent thoughtful touches like wireless charging stations by bed, bluetooth speaker and beach accessories. Very comfortable couch and beds and 15 minutes to marco island beach by car! thank you dmitri!!!

This unit is by far the best we’ve stayed at in the area—we are regulars to Naples and Lely. Sparkling clean, tastefully decorated, and “extras” galore. Owner has gone above and beyond! We couldn’t recommend this unit more and hope to be back soon!
