Centrally located near shops, parks and beaches all within walking distance, bus stops are nearby and off street parking is available for one vehicle. Independent attached one bedroom apartment. You have your own kitchen and bathroom. The bed is a wall bed that can fold away to create more room within the bedroom and it includes a large desk enabling it to become a great space for studying or working. Keyless entry so you can’t lock yourself out, very convenient. The actual space includes a decent size kitchen, bathroom and storage cupboard and a good size bedroom with wall mounted TV and wardrobe. Maroubra beach&nbsp; is a 10 to 15 minute walk down the hill,&nbsp;Pacific Square and other shops are very close also under 10 minutes walk, with the&nbsp;Sydney CBD under 10km away and easily accessible with&nbsp;nearby buses and trams. Car, bus and tram all easily accessible. A single car space is available at the front of the house - please use the space closest to our neighbour 47 Galvin St (lower side of the slope) The apartment has no living room and is accessed via the side entrance to the left of the main house. The main house is often occupied and some noise may be heard from it, however it is generally very quiet.

The house was very comfortable and clean and well equipped close to all myneeds. Hosts G&T were very accommodating willing to go above and beyond.Would love to stayagain when I visit. Thanks

Very comfortable

I Booked a longer term stay at this studio and it has everything one could need, from kitchen, bathroom to bedroom.  It is perfect for a single inhabitant or couple. While it isn't oceanfront, the beach is 100% within walking distance (about 10 minutes at my pace). There is a bus stop right around the corner that takes you to the city. A huge highlight for me was how G managed the property. He was extremely kind, accommodating, and quick to take action if anything was needed. Thank you for a lovely comfortable, clean, and convenient stay in Maroubra!
