Pilot Cottage West

The stay was great! Hannah is fantastic to work with!

The stay was great!

Amazing time at Halter Ranch, truly exceeded all my expectation! To start off, please tell me if you have ever been to a vineyard landed by plane and walk right into for a tasting and meal? Restaurant and tasting room are modern, airy, expansive and full glass wall view to the vineyard while enjoying food and wine, food was top notch, visit to the cave was quite a learning experience for me, it was fun! We stayed at the pilot cottage and I have to emphasize how attentive and personalized the space was designed, size is just perfect, intimate, cozy, bed was comfortable, full kitchen, very nice shower, set of outdoor patio chairs and table, everything were managed with love and care and I usually test the surface on the outdoor furniture for dust and it was clean! amazing, I know housekeeping did a professional job and not lack at any small details.. we came when it was 90+ deg, scorching hot, oh man, we had to jump into the pool (it was a bit cold for some reason we thought the ambient temp would bring the water warmer but it was refreshing) there were nice lounge chairs, picnic tables, and this is one detail I don't want to miss, nearby there were 2 full size large bathrooms and showers and they are separate, WOW, I mean this place is to overdeliver, not to inconvenient any guests and not to have guests walk back to their cabin for a quick shower :D We also saw other units like the Hunter Lodge and it looks huge and able to accommodate a fairly large party and a gigantic bbq cookware outdoor can feed a feast! As for the staff, Hannah and Paul, hands down, the best host I ever come across, very detailed, courteous, accommodating, I must have emailed Hannah like over a dozen times lol! If you are a pilot or know someone who is a pilot, you absolutely need to visit Halter Ranch, money back guarantee, I have more to say but this is getting long so I should stop, I am now a member, and I will definitely come back with my other wine buddies! Thanks Halter Ranch
