Unreal ocean Beach Pad - beachfront & boardwalk

Although I've already reviewed this house a few years ago, I'm leaving another since it's now our 3rd year renting this beach house. We love it here and it's a wonderful relaxing house for all of us. Besides for looking on over the beach and ocean, we also enjoy watching the various dogs playing in the dog park.

Amazing Beach House

My younger brother and two older sisters and I have been getting together, just us (no partners or kids) for 14 years.  We usually stay in OC but decided to try something different and wow are we glad we did.  The Unreal Ocean Beach Pad is indeed unreal.  Its so airy and spacious and comfortable...great breezed, great ocean views.  We cooked and ate in every night, sometimes on the back grill and sometimes using the stove and oven.  Each bedroom is comfortable and well lit.  The bathrooms are clean and well located.  We actually never played pool, which in retrospect seems odd, but we were so happy either on the beach or hanging on the couches and chatting that we didn't need anything else.  Jason and the Bartram Beach crew were extremely responsive to all questions, and also very proactive with information.  I really could not ask for more.

This house accommodated our large family. 5 bedrooms with 3 1/2 bathrooms.  The location can’t be beat!   Our favorite spot is sitting out on the deck viewing the ocean. Jason is a very responsive owner, so he dealt quickly with any issue.  Lots of steps to be aware of if steps are an issue. House is fully stocked with all sheets, towels , beach chairs, kitchen items.  Large kitchen table.  Great place to stay, comfortable A/C, typical beach house furniture but mediocre showers.  All in all, we had a great vacation and stay and Jason is a super nice owner.

Family Shore Vacation

We rented both this unit and the lower floor unit together. We all loved it here, there's so much space for everyone. There is a ton of natural light in the house all day. The outside porches are great for looking at the ocean. We loved the proximity to the boardwalk and the beach. My kids went out there all the time. The furniture is so comfortable and the pool table was a lot of fun for everyone. The host has some board games and card games that we enjoyed playing.
