Grand Peaks Lodge

Just returned home from our adult only annual hiking trip. There is a group of us that go up every October and spend 4 days hiking, shopping, eating, relaxing and our most favorite - our annual Saturday Skip-Bo tournament! We have stayed at previous homes owned by Gene & his family and none of them have disappointed. With that said - this new one of his, is just absolutely STUNNING!!!! There is truly not one thing that was forgotten or left out of this home. There’s doubles & triples of almost everything - including kitchens, saunas, washers/dryers, hot tubs, etc….We did not want to leave! It’s a relaxing, play land for every family member. We have another trip booked with our entire families and the kiddos this winter, and we can’t wait to go back. A huge THANK YOU to Gene & his family!

Another A+ Home by Gene & Com.

We are a multigenerational family that have been renting large private homes for years. This year we decided to come to Adirondacks and was lucky enough to book the Grand Peaks Lodge. This property is absolutely stunning. Huge kitchen was perfect for 2 chefs and large dining room comfortably sat our whole family of 23! Star gazing at night on the large deck and retreating to quiet and private bedrooms ... what else can you ask for?!?! This is a gem and Gene was a lovely host. We will be back next year!!!!

Amazing Luxurious Lodge

This is an amazing property, located on a quiet street. We rented this home and another one of Gene's adjacent properties for a 30 person family reunion. All of us were getting together to have large family meals and enjoy the yard. At night, we were all retreating to our large bedrooms with our private private baths. Kids had a blast with yard games and rec room activities. We created a lot of family memories here and will definitely return!

Amazing property for a quiet family retreat!

We were lucky enough to stay in the property in the first few months after it was built. The garage was not finished yet but had zero effect on our stay. The property has everything you could need and the layout makes it perfect if you have multiple groups hanging out in different areas. The basement is perfect for kids, the patio is amazing to few the beautiful sky at night and the living room is great for group movies or football! Gene (our host) always responded instantly and was very clear on what was expected of guests. Thank you for a great experience, everyone had a great time!

Gorgeous Home in the Woods

This home is spectacular! Gene thought of everything and left no stone unturned constructing this house. We had 6 adult couples for a week and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The house is immaculate and equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay…even spices in the kitchen. We have rented many properties across the country through VRBO and this house is at the top of our list.

Gene, the owner/manager is a great communicator and quickly responds to any, and every, email or text. I’m sure all of his properties in the Adirondacks are equally nice. A+++ all around.

Outstanding home and owner!
