Our newly renovated house is ready for your arrival. It is set in the quiet village of Boat of Garten in the Cairngorn National Park. This house provides two king sized double bedrooms, one bunk bed room and a single bedroom with pull out. It benefits from a large open plan living room, with cosy winter fire and large kitchen and dining room table. It also benefits from an amazing eco thermal battery store water system and smart wifi electric radiators. There is a large boot room/porch entrance for all your boots, bags and coats. We love well behaved dogs - but not in the bedrooms please. We know you will want to bring your bikes and action gear with you - so we have a purpose built bike shed in the garden to safely store your items away at the end of the day. Our garden is full enclosed and quite big. Its a great safe space to relax in. Please take a look at the pictures. We are now ready for bookings and look forward to welcoming you to Boat of Garten soon! PS - We are small family friendly, so the stairs have a stair gate, we have a travel cot and high chair that you can use also. We know that this equipment is crucial to save boot space for fun outdoor stuff! HI-70737-F

Anne's Place - Boat of Garten (4 bed/8 people)

Can't recommend Anne's Place highly enough. We stayed here as a group of four friends up for a golf weekend. The accommodation was immaculate with all the amenities that we needed.

In an excellent location in Boat of Garten which makes everything in the village within walking distance and, if you want a wee bit more nightlife, you are only a 5/10 minute taxi ride into Aviemore.

Would definitely recommend and if staying in the area again, would look to book.

Fantastic

Wanted somewhere for the family and our dog close to Inverness and also Landward.
Anne’s place ticked all the boxes, nice layout in the house and the bunk bed was a hit with the young one. Would be nice to stay longer next time .

Lovely and convenient

We had a great stay at Anne's Place. The location was fantastic, James was always quick to message us with answers to our questions, and even gave us a heads up before we got there to let us know that despite some trails being closed due to the fires, there are others he could recommend.

The house itself was great, spacious, and had everything we need for a very affordable price.

Definitely coming back if we're ever in the area!

Spacious, affordable and in a fantastic location

Just returned from 11days staying at Anne's place for the second time. Spent Christmas and hogmanay here with grandparents, children and dogs with so much to do with a great location. Everything in the house was great once again & has everything that was needed. James is always a message away if needing any advice & with lots of recommendations for places to visit. Thanks again

Fantastic stay once again

We can't recommend this house highly enough. Stayed for 5 nights in June with our 3 young children. Inside the house was modern and spotless, with an amazing open plan kitchen/dining/living space which was perfect for our family. This leads straight onto a large enclosed garden space which is a real sun-trap. A lot of thought has gone into providing everything you might need to make your stay comfortable, particularly with regards to children (crockery, cutlery, high chair, travel cot, blackout blinds, stair gate). This really made our life so much easier! Boat of Garden is lovely and the house is so well positioned with a lot of great things close at hand from woodland walks to the incredible pump track, bike hire, steam train, restaurants... Thank you for a fantastic stay!
