Every multi-floor property has one floor that people want most. At Palwal's Banigala, it's the 3rd. The topmost level of this hillside home offers the most elevated vantage point on the property — a private terrace where the sky, the Margalla range, and the distant city lights of Islamabad become a single unbroken panorama. Sunrises here are golden. Starlit nights here are spectacular.
This is the floor guests talk about after they leave. The one that gets booked first.

The Best Views on the Property

At the top of the Palwal's home, the horizon is wider. Nothing obstructs the view in any direction. The private terrace becomes an outdoor living room: morning chai as the mist rises from the valley, sunset watching with a group, late evenings when the stars over Bani Gala are genuinely clear in a way city-dwellers have largely forgotten exists.
Inside, the space is calm and minimal — designed to let the surroundings do the work. Bright, with large windows on every side. Quiet, as you'd expect from the top of a hillside home away from road noise.

The Space

Three bedrooms on the topmost level, accommodating up to 9 guests across 3 beds and 2 bathrooms. Access to the beautifully styled shared living/dining area and the vast green lawn below gives guests both private elevated space and a generous communal ground.
Dedicated uniformed staff are on-site throughout — housekeeping, daily assistance, and the managed-retreat experience that defines every Homyn property. Breakfast included every morning.
