Gaspar's Luxury Estate

This place was the perfect spot for a bachelor party for 10 guys. There was so many things to do at the house from the clean and heated pool/hot tub, to the games in the garage, great pool table near the living room. The rooms bedrooms were immaculate and well put together, even the beds were very comfortable which is something I have had issues with at other proprieties in the past. You can really tell Kristen went all out trying to make this an outstanding house. She was even gracious enough to have multiple cases of waters dropped off for us. Her communication was great, she messaged us about a slight issue with the fridge before our arrival but had it all squared away before we even stepped foot on the property. I can’t recommend this place enough and will be looking to go back when back in the Tampa area.

Bachelor Party

I requested to use the location for a business weekend retreat. The home was PERFECT! Prettier than the photos, everything we could need and more. Would use again

Business Weekend Retreat

I will run out of space before I can explain how amazing this place is. It is your own amusement park/vacation in the middle of Tampa. The presentation of the Gaspar Pirate theme is something out of a movie, yet some comfortable, luxurious, and relaxing. You could stay here for weeks and never leave and have plenty to keep you and your kids/family occupied. Every time you said “wow, look at this” in one room, you’d say it two or three more times in each room as you discovered something really amazing. We had a caterer come and he does events for politicians and other celebrities and he was absolutely blown away. If you are lucky enough to grab this place, don’t pass it up! Thank you Kris for such an incredible experience and for all your accommodations! ONE MORE THING… I mentioned it was someone’s birthday who was staying at the house and Kris did everything she could to ensure we had everything we needed.

Birthday Weekend

The house was beautiful and roomy. The game room was outstanding.

Birthday Getaway

This home was phenomenal, myself and 13 others stayed here for our friends bachelor party and it housed us all no problem. Everyone loved the house, lots to do, the house was exactly as it’s portrayed in the photos, Kristen was a fantastic host. If you’re thinking about booking this house, I would do it. You won’t be disappointed!
