Urban with fabulous outdoor bars on both sides . Huge Garden Patio with a Brand new, all year long hot tub . Good for family trips , work trips , single & friends gateways and small gatherings . No dogs ! No early check in ! No late check out ! Ask additional questions :)

LOCATION; busy , happening, walk to the bars & restaurants . High noise tolerance guests if noise is an issue .

Let us know what time approximately would you be arriving and we will send detailed check in instructions prior . We plan accordingly and we can always use extra time for cleaning so it's great to know if you coming earlier or later . There will be 3 keypad codes send to access the apartment and we will send them with all other instructions ( along with suggested parking - no dedicated parking )  as soon as the place will be ready to check in .

We are available thru the Airbnb portal message system only for
quality and training purposes . We are around if you need us , otherwise we will respect your privacy :) . We would prefer to be connected only during normal business hours 9-6pm other times only emergencies. If there is life threatening emergency please call 911 . Have a wonderful & joyful stay !

Very Lively , busy , diverse , urban , historical .

Try to find a parking on Marion street if you can . Colfax has some meters but after 6 pm it is free :) If you can not find a parking there , you can stop at the loading zone on the other side of Marion in front of the French Sugar . Also you can park behind the building next to the Las Margs bar on the past office parking . 

Uber or lyft is a great reliable transportation and we highly suggest it unless you want to go to the mountains then you might need a car .

Pls read carefully the description so there is no disappointment at arrival. We do our best to take care of all guests needs and always looking forward to meet you . Remember it's just someone's house you are renting . Some things might be different then you expect . All of that creates great , unique,  adventures experience that Airbnb provides💕 
Also , Put in mind Denver struggles with homelessness and you might see them around  on streets . They are harmless but please understand it’s an on going downtown issue that is out of our power. We appreciate you trusting us with our accommodation.
