Irina and David's house is a homey beach cottage in a cute and quiet neighborhood. It was the perfect space for a reunion with 9 girlfriends; the beds were spacious and comfortable, the grill was in excellent condition, there was plenty of parking, there was plenty of seating space in the living/kitchen area. The location was also great, only a short 5 minute drive to beach parking. Best of all, David was extremely responsive and flexible! We were able to check-in early and check-out late, making our stay even more comfortable and relaxed. I would definitely stay here again!

 Absolutely wonderful stay. location for the beach. The house is spacious for a group, well maintained and clean! Hosts were great communicators and very helpful, I will recommend to anyone staying in Bethany!

Great place to stay, felt very safe and was quiet and relaxing! We had plenty of space in the house for everyone to stay comfortably and took full advantage of the bikes and kayaks. Dave was extremely responsive and took the time to check in with us each day of our visit!

Cute and very clean!We did a 4 night stay with my two young children. The property was very clear and well equipped with lines, bath towels, and kitchen supply. They had a Keurig and a tea pot which was a pleasant surprise. VERY cute an quiet neighborhood with a pond. flat streets perfect for the kids to ride bikes. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend.
