Our specialized Concierge team will be happy to arrange any third-party services you may need before or during your stay, such as tours, transportation, chefs, yachts, spas, decorations, etc. While we can help coordinate these services, we are not responsible for any situations that may arise with these external providers. Should any concerns occur, we will assist in resolving them, but we cannot be held accountable for external situations. Please note that this does not affect your experience with the villa itself. Additionally, our Concierge service is available from 8 am to 8 pm and is not a 24/7 butler service per se.
