Elk Haven Vacation Cabins, Custer SD

Our family of five stayed for 4 nights. The cabin was equipped with everything we needed. When I forgot something and needed assistance, the owners responded promptly and helped me out. The only downside is no A/C but plenty of fans are available, so that helps!
Our teenage children loved the loft bedroom space upstairs and the activities outside. The cabin is in a quiet area ( away from the busyness of Custer) but still close to everything.
Highly recommend to any family looking for a nice cabin in the Custer area.

Great location; perfect cabin

We are a group of 4 staying with our little dogs. Elk Haven Resort Cabins are the best. This is our 4th year staying at Elk Haven!!! We love the cabins and the owners are wonderful to work with. Just book don’t look around. You will be very happy with the cabins and the beautiful location. Thank you for taking care of your guest. We greatly appreciate you!

Absolutely Wonderful Cabins

This cabin was perfect for a small family like ours. The owners were very nice and helpful, the cabin was super clean and comfortable. The location is perfect (off the main road just enough to feel hidden but close to everything). Highly recommend!

Great cabin at a great location

We really enjoyed our cabin at Elk Haven. We stayed a week and the cabins were comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved the quiet location away from all the activity but close to all the attractions. Cabins were clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Very relaxing stay

The cabins are in a great location with a beautiful view out the back and a bit outside of Custer so it is quiet, but still close to Custer. It is also very close to Custer State Park, which is the highlight of traveling to the Black Hills for my family. The cabins allow dogs, which has been great for our dog to come with on our vacation. This is at least the 4th timing staying and we have never been disappointed!
