Numerous amenities such as shops, restaurants, and parks invite residents to relax and enjoy themselves. Particularly noteworthy is the strong sense of community, fostered through regular events and activities. Excellent transport links make commuting and exploring the surrounding area easy. Trier-Süd is a place where you can feel at home.
 The accommodation is located on Saarstraße, one of Trier-Süd's main shopping streets, right next to the South Station. The historic old town with the world-famous Porta Nigra, the cathedral, and numerous UNESCO World Heritage Sites is just a 5-minute walk away – a perfect starting point for a stroll through over 2,000 years of history. For those who prefer public transport, the South Station offers ideal connections right outside the door. For those who get a little hungry in between meals, there is a 24/7 vending machine with snacks and drinks available right next to the house – around the clock, without any opening hours. Further important information: You can briefly stop directly at the loading point for loading and unloading. Paid parking is available on the street, or free parking is available at the exhibition grounds (approx. 15-minute walk).

 We charge an additional cleaning and care fee of €10 per pet per night. This will be added during the booking process.
 For bookings of 9 nights or more, a paid interim cleaning is mandatory; for longer stays, the number of cleanings increases accordingly. Cleaning services are billed via the check-in portal and the appointment will be scheduled with you.
 The tourist tax for the city of Trier is collected via the check-in portal.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Einrichtungen sind sehr modern. Wir waren begeistert!

Eindrucksvoll!

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem engen Altbau, aber vollständig neu renoviert und modern ausgestattet. Es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Voll ausgestattete Küche mit neuen Geschirr, vor allem die scharfen Messer, die richtig gut schneiden. Salz, Pfeffer vorhanden. Riesig große Bildschirm, Höhestellbarer Tisch...sind ja fast Luxus. Das Bettwäsche sind schneeweiß und sauber. Die Matratze war für unser Verhältnis etwas weich, aber ja, da hat ja jeder andere Empfindungen. Wir waren an ein paar kühlen Tagen dort. Außentemperatur 23 Grad. In der Wohnung war es auch angenehm kühl. Die Parkmöglichkeiten ist etwas schwieriger. Man muss mit etwas Zeit, Geduld und langem Weg rechnen. Aber dafür ist der Südbahnhof gleich um die Ecke, dass man in 3 Min. erreichen kann. Im Groß und Ganz sind wir sehr zufrieden mit allem. Vielen Dank.
