Other things to note
This listing is on the first floor of a duplex. Though the entire place has been recently renovated, it is an older building so there is potential for noise from upstairs voices and footsteps.
There is a Ring doorbell cam by the door, facing the back lot. 
<h3 dir="ltr">House rules</h3>
OCCUPANCY: This listing holds a maximum of 4 guests. Only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed in the apartment and backyard, i.e. if a reservation is for 3 guests, it is expected that only up to 3 people will have access to the apartment and backyard. SMOKING: Indoor smoking is not allowed. EVENTS: Events of any sort are not allowed. This includes gatherings of 5+ people in which not everyone will be staying the night. QUIET HOURS: As per Princeton regulations, quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM. This is a residential neighborhood, so please keep the neighbors in mind.
PARKING: There is a parking lot in the back of the building. You will be guaranteed one spot. Please ask ahead of time if you plan on parking two cars, as there may be a chance that an extra spot is available, though this is not guaranteed.
PLUMBING: Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper, as this may cause a serious issue with the plumbing. DAMAGES: Regular wear and tear is to be expected, but damaged furniture, unwashable stains, and holes in the walls are not.&nbsp;By booking, you acknowledge this point and agree to pay for any damages that may occur during your stay. PETS: This is a pet friendly home. There is a flat fee of $100 if you do plan on bringing a pet. Unfortunately, cats are not allowed due to severe allergies.

For our first ever visit to Princeton/south Jersey, this was the IDEAL property and location. The condo had everything we needed and a very well appointed kitchen, which is great when you don't want to eat out all week. Shopping and the Princeton University campus are steps away and having off-street parking in this densely populated area was ideal. Nicole was easily available and responded quickly. While this was the priciest option we considered, it was worth it for the location

An excellent place to stay. I highly recommend it so much so that I am afraid once you read this review everyone will want the unit, and it will be hard for me to rent it again. I would stay at any of James and Nicole properties after my stay here. It is exactly as pictured. Great location. Great communication. Most of all, they are extremely responsive and kind. My parents were coming to Princeton unexpectedly for a day trip during our stay, and James and Nicole helped me adapt to their special needs. My parents very much wanted to see their granddaughter's university. We had a wonderful day at Princeton University with James and Nicole's help. We are a very grateful family. Hospitality at its finest.
