You’ll find a fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and flat-screen TVs. The bright and airy living and dining areas open onto a stunning terrace overlooking the sea. Additionally, the outdoor seating, sun loungers, and beachfront barbecue area create the perfect setting for delightful al fresco dining. The garden path leads directly to a pristine sandy beach with calm, shallow waters. This stretch of beach is practically deserted, offering a private spot for relaxation, sunbathing, or a refreshing swim. We are just a few minutes away from the center of Lefkimmi, a charming, small town with traditional houses and a laid-back atmosphere. You’ll find a variety of good tavernas, coffee shops, bars, and bakeries along the riverside, but don't expect an active nightlife. The town also has everything you need: shops, supermarkets, and even a couple of banks and ATMs all Just a short drive away.&nbsp;If you wish to explore the mainland, the port is only a few kilometers away(Around a 3-minute drive) with ferries to Igoumenitsa multiple times a day. This area remains largely undiscovered, and even many locals from Corfu have never heard of 'our beach,' despite it being one of the best on the island. It’s one of Corfu’s best-kept secrets, perhaps because it’s hidden and difficult to reach by foot. There are only a few properties along the beach, and a taverna at the northern end, just a 5-minute walk along the shore from the villa. If you choose to explore the island, you'll discover many charming villages and fascinating places to visit, all within less than an hour's drive. We stayed in a stunning villa on the beach in South Corfu Sunbreeze-vila, and the experience was just wonderful. The location is perfect - a few steps from the sea, magical view and real quiet that serves peace. The villa itself is spacious, clean and well-kept, with everything you need for a comfortable and luxurious vacation.We were together two families, 10 people, we also had a SUP, kayak, gym, washing machine and yoga mats.The sea there is very calm, shallow and not cold.Very suitable for childrenBoaz, the owner of the house was attentive, pleasant and especially caring - always available for any question or request, spoiled and made sure that we feel comfortable from the first second to the end of the stay. Thanks to him the vacation became even more special.Warmly recommend to anyone looking for a dreamy place to rest, enjoy the sea and disconnect

Stamatia and Boaz are great host. We came for a Family reunion, the villa is very convenient for every moment of the day, and very nicely designed. The crazy part is the access to the semi privatized beach / water. You basically need to cross the garden and here you are, feet in the water. Peacefull, quiet & beautifull, these were perfect holidays
