Casa Disiu Prìo Apartment

We stayed in the Prio, a large modern corner apartment, that is completely stocked, and immaculate. It is on 3rd floor, and is accessible by elevator. It overlooks Via Maqueda, and Via Napoli, and has a wrap around balcony with spectacular views. There is a modern fully stocked kitchen for those travelers who want to prepare meals. Restaurant possibilities are endless, especially on pedestrian friendly Via Maqueda. For those who are interested in the arts, Teatro Massimo is 2 blocks away. Intercity bus service is great, and very inexpensive. For those who want to venture outside of Palermo, the combined train/bus station is just a 15 minute walk away. The apartment is centrally located to the historical, and religious sites. The king size bed is very comfortable, and comes with a set of soft, and firm pillows. The hallway offers a shared washing machine, with detergent, fabric softener, and a drying rack. The apartment manager, Giusi, is experienced, extremely helpful, and focused on making your stay wonderful. She responds almost immediately via WhatsApp to any concern you may have. Her dedication to the client, is a rare quality in today’s market place. When my wife, and I return to Palermo, we will definitely call Casa Disiu again!

Great location, and wonderful space

These are lovely apartments located right in the centre of Palermo, surrounded by bars and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and light filled and the Prio rooms look out onto via Maqueda. The host is lovely and the rooms include cooking facilities and washibg facilities as well as a lift. There is nothing better than a lovely steak and a vino whilst looking at the bustle below. Staying here made our time in Palermo “perfetto” and I highly recommend Casa Disiu for any stay.

Great location, lovely facilities…highly recommended

The apartment is beautifully designed and immaculate. Guidi was helpful and friendly. It is in a great location and I couldn’t recommend it highly enough!
