Peaceful, light-filled and thoughtfully designed,
Tramontana Suite is a private one-bedroom apartment at Casa Rosa Lecce, just a
10-minute walk from Lecce's historic centre. Tucked away at the rear of our
beautifully restored mid-century palazzo, it offers a quiet retreat for couples
looking to experience the city before returning to a calm and comfortable
space.
Named after the cool northerly tramontana wind,
the apartment is inspired by the elegant farmhouses of Salento, combining
honest utilitarian textures, woven stripes and warm timber with contemporary
open-plan living. The light-filled living space includes a fully equipped
kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge, creating a home that's equally
suited to a weekend escape or a longer stay in Lecce.
The separate bedroom features a queen-size bed, generous
wardrobe space and a private balcony overlooking the neighbourhood—an inviting
spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening aperitivo.
The spacious bathroom combines premium Italian fittings
with everyday comfort, offering a walk-in shower, bidet and generous vanity.
Located on the second floor of the building (stairs only, no lift),
Tramontana Suite reflects the philosophy behind Casa Rosa Lecce: thoughtfully
restored spaces, contemporary comfort, and a genuine connection to the city and
region we call home.

Tramontana Suite

We had the pleasure of staying in two of Luke’s apartments during our time in Lecce, and both exceeded our expectations.

From the moment we arrived, we knew we had chosen the right place. Luke is an outstanding host who truly goes above and beyond to make his guests feel welcome. He took the time to introduce us to Lecce, sharing fascinating insights about the city and recommending wonderful restaurants, local pasticcerie, bars and places to visit. His enthusiasm and genuine hospitality made us feel at home from the very beginning.

The apartments are beautifully designed, with every detail carefully considered. The interiors are stylish, thoughtful and elegant, creating spaces that instantly make you feel relaxed. It is clear that a great deal of passion and care has gone into every choice, from the materials and colours to the finishing touches.

The cleanliness was absolutely impeccable. Everything was spotless and maintained to the highest standard, making our stay comfortable from the very first moment.

The location is also perfect – just a short walk from Lecce’s historic centre, while being in a peaceful neighbourhood with fantastic cafés, restaurants and local shops nearby.

We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and will gladly recommend Luke’s places to anyone visiting Lecce. Thank you, Luke, for making our stay so memorable!

Perfect spot in Lecce

Casa Rosa is a beautiful apartment in Lecce that we can highly recommend. In addition to the lovely interior, cleanliness, and great location, communication with Luke was excellent. We didn’t miss a thing, and Luke took a lot of time to support us with check-in and to share recommendations in and around Lecce.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is our second time staying at one of the impeccable spaces within Casa Rosa. Never does our stay disappoint, from the moment we arrive and are greeted by Luke, the gracious owner.

The place has this ability to calm you instantly, with attention to every detail and finish within the space.

The colours, fabrics, tiles, etc etc etc you can tell that passion and attention went into everything.

If you’re spending time in Lecce, it’s the perfect location, just a short walk to the historical centre with a tree lined walk with amazing homes along the way. Loads of really good cafes, restaurants and shops within minutes.

We drove and parking was super easy and inexpensive, just outside the flat on the street - could not be more simple.

Not sure why we’d ever stay anywhere else when we visit again! Thank you Luke!

Every little detail 👌

La casa rosa is just the perfect place to stay if you are visiting Lecce. The apartment is just outside the old town so it’s way less busy and noisy, but close enough to walk. The space is so beautiful and clean, with thoughtful attentions, you almost don’t want to go out. The host, Luke, was super friendly and gave us great insights on the neighbourhood and Lecce in general. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know who’s visiting Lecce!

A perfect stay

Casa Rosa, Tramontana Suite is a fantastic apartment. Luke, the host, is super friendly and very quick to respond. The apartment is tastefully decorated and very clean.
It’s a 10-minute walk from the apartment to the historic center of Lecce. On the way there, you'll find great spots for coffee and a croissant in the morning. The neighborhood where the apartment is located is very quiet, and parking is (almost always) available right outside. If you're planning a trip to Lecce, than definitely choose Luke's beautiful apartment. Casa Rosa ❤️🌹
