<p>Questo appartamento si trova all'interno di una villa molto moderna e confortevole . E 'stato progettato con gusto con particolare attenzione alle esigenze dei nostri clienti . Il mare è a soli 190 metri di distanza e il centro del paesino di Sutivan si trova a meno di 400 metri. Se volete rilassarvi e dimenticare tutti i problemi della vita di ogni giorno la nostra terrazza con piscina è il luogo perfetto per voi! Vi suggeriamo anche di spostarsi pochi metri più in giù per ammirare i meravigliosi colori del mare Adriatico (in meno di 5 minuti a piedi) ed esplorare la bellissima costa che si estende da un lato verso il paesino di Mirca attraverso una bellissima pineta, mentre dall'altro lato verso il villaggio di Sutivan ! In una direzione, troverete una natura tranquilla e incontaminata, mentre nell'altro sarete accolti da un piccolo borgo di pescatori che offre tutti i servizi necessari per rendere la vostra vacanza indimenticabile! Cercate la pace e il relax senza essere completamente tagliati fuori dal mondo?</p>

Apartment Sutivan Die komplette Anlage ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und die Umgebung rund um Sutivan lohnenswert anzuschauen. Das Apartment hat alles was man braucht, die Kommunikation mit der Agentur oder dem Vermieter klappt komplett stressfrei und einfach. Einziger Minuspunkt: Es ist eher für Familien gedacht, nicht für jüngere Leute. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 5 Männern Mitte 20. Wenn man Abends noch am Pool oder auf dem Balkon saß und noch etwas getrunken hat, wurde sich sehr schnell über Lärmbelästigung beschwert. Sowohl von Nachbarn oder auch vom Vermieter der ebenfalls nur ein Haus nebenan wohnt. Und wir haben nicht übertrieben mit der Lautstärke... Deswegen gibt es in der Gesamtbewertung nur 4/5 Sterne. Ansonsten aber auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert!!! Grüße aus Zwickau

We had great stay in the penthouse of the Villa! The apartment is modern, well furnished, comfortable and perfect for a big family or a group of friends! The pool is very relaxing and a nice alternative if you feel lazy and do not want to go to the beach. Sutivan village is very charming and we will come back for sure. Very good vacation!

I can not say enough positive things about my whole process booking, our stay, the apartment and our hosts! We had a wonderful vacation, spending two weeks at this amazing apartment, the photos do not do it justice! The apartment was very clean and comfortable, all furniture is new and modern, kitchen has everything you would need and it was nice to have dishwasher. Our host went above and beyond to make us comfortable and make our stay special. The pool is beautiful! It was like staying at a high end resort! Pool was perfect for days we wanted to be lazy and not venture too far. If you are looking to travel to brac, this is THE place to stay! Close enough and easy walk into town, but on a quiet street. Wonderful and welcoming hosts and beautiful apartment! We are already thinking about our return trip!

A wonderful vacation

Abbiamo trascorso la nostra settimana in Croazia e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La casa era bella e moderna, situata in una posizione molto comoda. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la piscina esterna e la zona barbeque. Un ottimo soggiorno! Si consiglia!
