Villa Cott

After having lived in Cottesloe for a period, I was very particular about where we would stay when we returned… This property is not only comfortable, clean and family friendly - the location is absolutely perfect. So practical if you don’t have a car or prefer to just walk/take the train. This will be our go-to accommodation when returning to Perth in the future. Thank you for having us!

Back in Cottesloe, Right at Home 💓

A beautiful stay. The house was in very good condition, with comprehensive amenities. The kitchen was well equipped which made cooking much easier. Great location too, just a few minutes walk from the train station if you intend to take public transport

Easy city access with a comfortable home base

Beautifully finished apartment. Good location and spotlessly clean. We had a lovely relaxing time. Thank you so much!

Clean, Beautiful Apartment in a Great Location

I couldn’t recommend this property more for anyone planning a stay in Cottesloe! The house itself was so clean, spacious and airy. It had everything you could think of so we didn’t need to buy anything to stock the house during our stay. It was perfectly located for my family - just a few minutes’ walk from Cottesloe central for shops and restaurants and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. We absolutely loved our time here, it really made our trip!

A Stay That Truly Made the Trip

Wonderful house. So comfortable and well equipped. Would 100% recommend.
